I think the batteries thing was just an excuse to keep Lee's attention. Girls do that play dumb thing all the time.

Sure, he is a sucky doctor, but as far as I know he only states that 'Whatever it was, it got her good'.
The group did mention that a dog would be unlikely to be in the near neighbourhood, and even if it did, why believe a girl that you don't even know?

The decisions that Carlos made I 100% agree with him, I believe that he came to the conclusion that it wasn't a walker bite(though he couldn't be certain) but he didn't have the tools at hand to make sure the wound wouldn't get infected or is already starting to get infected. It would have been a waste of his medical supplies to patch up a complete stranger(little girl or not)and then have her wound get infected causing them to have to remove her arm. And possibly end up killing her anyways.
I believe that they fully expected Clementine to die in that storage shed, and put her in there because they are cowards.. Look at how afraid they are of Carver, who is also somebody I'm expecting to not be a bad guy but rather a victim of this new groups cowardice.
On an off note, I'm glad that he didn't patch up Clem, I was worried in this season that we(the player) would be treated special by everybody because we're playing as a young girl. I'm glad that's not the case.

I really hope Season 2 avoids patterning of characters and events in general. There are some signs of danger but I think it stands on its own so though.

Well, maybe a walker´s bite is different than an human´s bite because they have more strength in the jaw of something like that, or maybe Carlos is specialized in a concret field, like the liver or the heart and hadn´t seen an human bite in a long time.

Yes, while I think Carlos is an asshole coward piece of shit, his actions are justified.
Though I hope Carver is some kind of crazy fuckin' psychopath like Negan in the comics, or maybe a cannibal, like the ones in the comics (repeating myself much?), that would just be grand, having those kinds of people while playing as a kid.
Thing is, I'm pretty sure they have seen someone get bit, since when Pete and Luke find Clem, Luke says "just like-.." and Pete cuts him off.

i dont think they are cowards, they just used common sense. they could care less shes a little kid. she could kill them at anytime if she was really bite or send to kill them. in wars they have kids kill grown man
I think Pete and Luke were referring to Nick's mom. Luke mentions what eventually happened to her and why Nick is the way he is, at the dinner table I believe.

You have to understand, the girl is some what like clem from episode 1 season 1 100% innocent. she most likely never killed anyone or saw anyone die. Carlos is more like lee then anyone. Lee died trying to keep clem innocent but as we see clem seen way too much to be innocent anymore. It some what like clem saw what happened to her that's why clem can say that girl have to grown up some time. Having been down that road before. Carlos little girl may died if he don't hurry up and show her the real world.
