Difference of choice? (spoilers)

I'm just wondering what happens for the choices opposite to what I chose.

Does giving the man water do anything else?

And does going with Nick change anything?

    Not sure about giving the man water. But if you go with Nick, Pete gets devoured by a pack of walkers. Nick then scolds Clementine with the classic phrase, "You could've saved him".

    The man says "thank you" (for the water) then it cuts to the Nick/Pete choice.
