This may seem funny, but it's true. The person I feel Clem see's is Tupac Shakur AKA Makivali the Dawn. Clems favorite rapper is Tupac, so she thought he was dead. He told us all he would return in 2014 on one of his songs played backwards. Tupac returns as a Walking Dead character...
