The Mystery Man *spoilers*

Who do you think this person called "Carver" is? Is it confirmed that that person is a man? I can't recall, so please correct if I'm wrong. But if it is not known, I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that it might be Lily; kind of like how most people assumed Molly was a man, and only found out that she wasn't when she revealed her face. It does sound like a "masculine" name though.
