I should have been harsher to her! S01 and S02 Spoilers!!!

edited December 2013 in The Walking Dead

I just finished Episode 1 of Season 2 after replaying the whole season 1 and the recently bought 400 Days DLC i have a lingering feeling a lot of things i did in Season 1 to sort of shield clementine and follow her "chivalery" moral route was wrong after finishing Episode 1 of Season 2.

Why i say that? I cant pinpoint it. I mean we all saw that she has grown up and is more than capable of surviving but without the help of other people she would be dead by now. I just have a lingering fear that by the end of the season she wound up dead because of how i treated her during season 1 and that fear is making me crazy. But on the other hand i dont want to let her good morals go down the gutter just to survive. If i did we could have stayed in crawford.

Telltale did a good job with that girl in the cabin tho cause i fear while not beeing that shielded it now induced the fear i have done "too much good" to Clem. I simply dont wanna see her die it would simply break my heart.

She is definatly more badass than i could have imagined but still while it might hurt me to be harsh to her i try to setup one save just to be on the safe side ( pun intended ). I just remember the qoute fromt he cop of EP1 which goes like : " People seem to get mad when they think their life is over ".

  • Since the main story never really changes, if she's going to die she will, no matter the choices you make.So stop worrying

  • Agreed. Had the same thoughts, OP.

  • That is precisely the thing that gets me thrilled and excited about this season because the standard is that the hero never dies and he is in almost every sequel of the game/movie, but they killed Lee, so what is going to happen with Clementine? ... We will find out...
