Playing as Tavia, i the campfire when persuading the group to come, you hear Vince say: "I wont go, Danny toughy me to stay together always" and Russel says: "Danny? He was an asshole, good thing he was killee before SHEL AND BECCA joined" She or becca asks: "Why?" Rusell said: "Dont worry about it" im worried that maybe Danny (if you saved him like i did) will do something to Clem. Although it would be fun how i would smah Danny's head with a hammer if he even tried to do that!

Well, if you save Justin then you won't have to worry about Danny anymore. Plus, we don't know if he is alive even if we saved him.

No he isn't. It is stated that Danny is dead 400 days into the apocalypse.
Now, 16 months has passed between season 1 and season 2, and season 1 took place over roughly 3 months. So at the moment, Clementine has been living in the apocalypse for 19 months.
19 months = roughly 570 days, which means that Danny is dead now no matter who you originally picked.

Danny got his leg blown off in my game so he can't rape anyone considering he is a zombie now. If you did save him Russel mentions about him dying before Shel and Becca came into the group.

I got the impression that Danny was convicted for statutory rape(s), not physically forcible rape(s); and with a teenager (15 or so?), not a child. Maybe I need to watch that bus discussion again. Which would make him a creepy dude who worms his way into the lives of impressionable young girls and takes advantage of them, but not a serial rapist or pedophile or something like that. So the danger he poses wouldn't be as immediate--he'd have to take time "romancing" his victims.
If it weren't for the comments made at the camp when Tavia finds the group, I could've given Danny the benefit of the doubt that it only happened once and he and the girl had the misfortune of sincerely falling in love and he just was selfish for letting it go too far, but the comments made it seem as though Danny just has his eyes on young girls in general and can habitually manipulate them into inappropriate relationships. So certainly a predator, but not the psychotic kind who doesn't seek consent.

This is kind of a dangerous way of thinking. A lot of rapists seem perfectly normal and some are often very charming people. It can be someone you know, and not the generic rabid bad guy hiding in the bushes in Central Park.
