Just in case people hadn't noticed yet (I assume most have, but I haven't seen this discussed at all yet), the girl with Clementine on the Episode 3 slide is Rebecca.

It also looks to me like Rebecca's hand is resting on her baby bump in the picture. Perhaps she is in labour in this scene? She looks pretty exhausted.
I think Clem will be a hero and help Rebecca! !!

rebecca wasn't that nice in the first episode, but I think she could be deeper down. She just didn't trust Clem yet.
EDIT: Wow, not much love for Rebecca yet! Well, people also hated Duck after episode one, but liked him later on.
if she dying without having the baby, lazy writing, because we had christa lose her baby with no talk about it, now the same with rebecca what sense will that make?
Also, Clementine probably has experience helping someone give birth from when Christa gave birth. Maybe the group thought she is the best person to help her because of that?
She could die with the baby still in her...
EDIT: OR the baby could die in her womb, turn into a zombie and kill her from the inside. Which would be pretty horrible.
Funny thing is Rebecca looks like Clem mother a little bit.

And if you remember in the preview for the next episode, she puts one hand on Alvin's shoulder and the other on her stomach and says something like she can't go any further.

I loved Duck from the start, he was hilarious. That being said, I have a soft spot for Rebecca because although I dislike her just as much as anyone else, she's making the story more interesting so I can't help but like her to some degree for that

I thought that may be her water breaking, but if she is still pregnant in episode 3 then I doubt it. But she will no doubt be getting tired, and not eating enough food.
because why would they kill of two babies in the season without one so clem can take care of it.

Right, so what you're actually saying is not that it's bad writing, it's that the story isn't going to do exactly what you want it to do, and if that is indeed the case then Telltale are clearly lazy.
For goodness sake, get some perspective. Not everything happens the way you want it to, okay? It's the same for all of us.

He/She just talks in circles by saying they wish Clem to die because they hate her fans but Clem is a badass. Then says that you shouldn't care about a pile of pixels (Clementine) and then starts talking about how awesome Lee is. Just,
So your telling me they gave Christa all this time and hints about her pregnancy in season one just to kill her baby in 10 mins then never talk about the baby again. That's good writing ? Then they make Rebecca, another pregnant woman to replace christa. Why kill Rebecca and her baby as you did Christa. What sense will that make. Makes sense too see what baby looks like and have Clem take care of it after she helps Rebecca have the baby after Clem fail to help Christa's baby.
We will see what happens in ep 3, usually the slide isnt a good tell. Season 1 ep 3 had a picture of duck waving out of the train and Ben smiling and holding on front.That never happened, I'm just saying we shouldnt assume too much about a slide

It's not lazy writing maybe she dies having the baby or she beings having the baby and some walkers come up and grab her. And you get a choice. A) save the baby
