Apple Juice
When talking to Alvin in the window you can persuade him to give you some rags and a juice box, which you can choose to drink later when suturing your arm.
What I'm confused about was how the group didn't see the juice box on the table. I think that it would've been really cool to see them question about it, then realize that someone gave it to you. I wish Telltale would've expanded that scenario a bit more.
Any thoughts?

When you talk to Rebecca he tells you to not talk to her husband Alvin which means somehow she saw or Alvin told her that he helped you because in another playthrough he never said that since i never talked to Alvin
i wondered about that, but i think they think you stole it with everything else.
But in mine i told them " i didnt do it alone" so there were no secrets
The cabin group were all in the kitchen while Clementine was sneaking around so that doesn't make sense.
theres a chance not all the food is in the kitchen, also i listened in until the meeting was ending
remember someone was calling alvin in for that meeting at the time of their conversation, wouldnt it have been suspicious if he went in the kitchen, grabbed a juice box and left
What dialogue options prompt Alvin to give Clementine the rags and juice?
something about noone being around to help her, then saying please
Something about "you were nice to me" or "you wanted to help me back there." I don't remember exactly. Just choose the one that makes Clem seem the most like a scared little girl.
why is it suspicious? adult man can't drink a juice box?
because they were waiting on him. if he just grabbed juice and went back to his room, that would be a little suspect
