This season lacks decent females and i suppose that's how it's gonna be.

Don't rage onto the "dislike button", i love this game so much. But even in the first episode of the last season we had decent, adult females. (Carley, Katjaa and Lilly -yes Lilly, i liked her in the first episode too) What do we got here now? Rebecca! REALLY?! Is this game sexist or not?!

I hope you understand that a male is more likely to survive than a female. I'm not saying a female can't last longer than a man but if this was real life most likely in 90% of all groups it would be a majority of men.
There is no need to be rude to KCohere, you are saying a game that has a lead female role is a sexist game? I don't think so, also it's only episode 1, who knows who we are going to meet.
After I read this it reminded me of the women in the webisodes who tried to reanimate an obvious dead women.
Empathy is an emotion which will kill you in zombie apocalypses and women are more likely to be empathic than men.
I think christa is a decent adult female character,she taught clem how to survive in the woods,also she doesn't ratted out their encampment for the sake of clem's safety
I already said this somewhere else, but I'm telling you, guys -- Christa needs to come back, whip these losers into shape, and take control of this sad excuse of a group. I know a lot of people don't like her, but as a female myself, I do; she's intelligent, she doesn't back down, and she tries her best to keep her head on straight. I think she'd make a good leader.
Plus I cannot deal with Rebecca anymore. It's only been one episode and I'm already dreading the inevitable oh but I'm actually such a sympathetic character development.

I played Lee, Vince, Russel and Clementine without even thinking about their fcking race because I just want to play the fcking game. But you always have to point out how oppressed black people are in this society and in the zombie apocalypse and how TTG should make everyone black and super strong and that's annoying as hell. Can't you just stop being such a c**t and just discuss without playing the race card every five seconds !? Some people really like to victimize themselves just to feel superior because they are absolute failures otherwise and I think you belong into this category.

Sadly, I know you're right. Maybe the Christa of S1 would have undertaken the task, but after what she's been through now, I'm not sure she'd have the strength to do it.

Only one episode has come out so far. Chill. I'm sure we are going to get a lot more female characters in future episodes.

Thanks Berty213. Sheesh! We did have Christa, if that fits your criteria and we'll most likely get more females in the upcoming episodes. And yeah, Clementine is a very strong, fleshed out female character that is leading this game so that is hardly sexist.

It might seem like the female cast of this season is limited but there are reasons:
We lose Christa early on, the only other female save for Clem is Rebecca.... And I don't even need to say why that sucks.
Compare that to Season 1 where you had this non-playable lovely piece of little girl Clementine with you, then you meet Katjaa and her motherly look, then you meet Carley who saves your life and Lilly who'd do anything for her father.
Of course Season 2 pales in comparison, but it's only episode 1, who knows what happens next, maybe we'll stumble upon a female only city ruled by a female governor later on... Ok chances are next to none for that one aha.

There was a huge support for more female characters during Season 1. I think telltale kind of balanced it out by making the only playable character a girl, Clem. In my opinion, and I know you said adult female characters, that should suffice.
