Maybe that's Carver. The guy with the binoculars in the episode 2 picture is supposed to be Carver. Or if it's not Carver, then maybe the knocker is one of his followers.

I don't know why the wiki says the binocular man is Carver, is there code for that?

Yeah they're already saying in the preview that there's a "4-5 days hike to the mountain". So it makes sense, and then we have the episode 2 screen itself which shows the lifts.

First of all, there is no way that the knocker is Carver. From everything you here, Carver practically has an army at his disposal. And whatever the cabin group did to piss him off, there is no way he would just casually walk to the door of the cabin and chat with Clementine. He'd send a gang of thugs to kill everyone.
Also, to the person who found the models, can you check to see if any Kenny models are in there? Even if they are just from the previews I'd like to see Kenny in improved graphics.
Unfortunately I never got a good rip of Kenny, I'll be looking into it tomorrow!

We don't even know what he wants yet. This could be a misunderstood situation. Besides not all "bad guys" are the kind to send people to do their dirty work for them. Could be warning them or threatening or trying to reason with them
