Omid?
Do you think that maybe the character that Clem though was dead could be Omid?
This is only assuming that Clem/Christa didn't shoot Omid to prevent him from turning. So what do you guys think, could this be a viable option?
Either that or it's Lilly/Kenny.

Also, as an add on, it looks like he wasn't shot in a lethal area, though he may of been shot in the heart.
So he could be alive that way.
Yeah the amount of "It's Kenny!" "It's Lilly!" "It's Lee" posts are insane. Thought I'd change it up a bit.
I can't see that happening but at this point anything is possible. We will speculate until we go fucking mad.

I think the best choice is probably Lilly. I just dont think that if there was any chance Omid was alive that he wouldnt be with Christa or that they wouldnt shoot him to make sure he didnt turn if they thought he was dead.
But why would Clem think that Lilly was dead?
I'm not trying to divert you from your opinion but, if Lilly stole the RV in episode 3 then that would be a great factor in survival, and even if you just ditched her, she's Lilly, chances are she's alive.
Kenny is also another possibility, and as much as I would like him to be alive I just don't see it happening. Also, Lee never told Clem what happened to Kenny (At least I think so) so why would Clem think that HE'S dead too? Everything is all too confusing
Omid's death felt like such a low blow considering what he went through in season one, but freak accidents happen, and I like the direction of season 2 so far.
Kenny mentions the RV only has a small amount of gas left before it breaks down completely anyway.
Ontop of that if you did ditch her, Clem could easily come to that conclusion.
Also, lets not forget. Clementine is a child, she has been brought up to believe so far that if you're by yourself, you don't last long and she's liable to make assumptions and speculate herself.
Its the only other person I can think of besides Kenny and I dont want it to be Kenny because Im sick of talking about him. But its been two years, its possible that she could think leaving Lilly by the side of the road was as good as killing her or maybe she just has a fatalistic attitude since everyone she loves is dead or missing.
I feel like you guys are pretty right on. With what Clem is now accustomed to, she probably thinks Lilly is dead. Honestly, I thought Lilly was dead. The odds of her surviving in either scenario were weak but that chick is bonkers. There's a chance she made it. I could totally see TT bringing her back. As far as Kenny, I think they just like to keep fucking with people. If Kenny ever does appear again it'll be out of fucking nowhere.
omid seems to be more plausible than kenny & lilly
I kinda wish it was. It was really annoying to me that they killed him the first 10 minutes..
