Unable to find a save.

"The game was unable to find season 1 save file on this console with completed episodes. To play Season 2, Season 1 choices will be randomly generated for you to begin your story."

But I have played season 1 and did finish all the chapters including 400 day's.
Does anyone know how to fix this? The game save file is on my cloud. :)

    What console/system are you playing the game on? I'm guessing it's a console, in which case you'll need the S1 save game to be on the actual console, not the Cloud.

    And if that's the case it should be just as easy as transferring the save from the cloud to the hard drive.

    Thanks that was the problem. I play it on the 360. :)
