Incorrect choices?

Hi, I used my one and only savefile to contiune with but the choices I made didn't show on the "previously on blabla". Did anyone else have the same problem?

    If it shows you sparing Danny when you actually killed him, it's because you didn't kill both brothers. The game doesn't track if you've only killed one (or which), just if you spared both or killed both.

    That's what Im referring to, thank you. But still, isn't that annoying?
