Did anyone get bandages and a juice box off that guy?

Can't remember his name, but I looked at a ton of lets plays after I found this, and no one seems to have gotten it.
For reference this is how you do it

  • Whoa, I see it says "I'm not gonna cry, I'm just tired"

    I don't remember that line.

  • I didn't do it the first time, but I did the second time

It seems there are three ways to handle that conversation.
Manipulation, you can say you know that he is nice,
    Honesty, that you need help,
and Blackmail, that you threaten to tell his wife.

  • the first time I didn't get it
the second time I ignored his window like I ignore the conversation with brie in episode 4.
the third time I played with my 7 year old nephew and didn't want him to see the stitching scene so I stalled by talking to alvin and lolled when that just happened to be the time he gave me a juice box.

    raises hand

I did. I walked around the cabin once and decided to knock on Alvin's window afterwards. I had no idea what would happen, but I was kind of looking forward to causing a conflict after those complete morons stuck my sweet little Clementine in the shed without tending to her wound first. I was somewhat surprised to see this drone temporarily break free of his shackles to give Clem a juice box and bandages.

  • I wonder how the juice box is used. O.o

  • She can take sips in between stitching her arm.

  • Aww it's brutal and delicious. :D

  • I got it. I didn't even find the way into the house until after talking to him that first time, and got the juice box by pleading with him. The second time I threatened to tell his wife just to see what would happen, and he got mad but still gave me a juice box.

  • Ahhh I completely missed this option and didn't even know it existed...

But I appealed to Alvin so I feel a desire to replay this part so Clementine was assisted by Alvin... Decisions Decisions...

  • Alvin is a nice guy and I feel sorry Rebecca cheated on him with another guy. We learned he is not the father :/. We need Maury Polvich in TWD

  • I got it first time i played!

i am definetely going to knock on that window for a juice on my second playthrough. i cant believe i let Clementine go through that whole episode without hydrating her. WHATS WRONG WTH MEEEE??!! :''()

  • I went for honesty and a sprinkle of manipulation :D

  • I wanted to get the stuff off him, but he was such a nice gu, I thought it would be best to get the supplies myself. In my second playthrough, I insisted as much as I could until he gave me the stuff.

  • I don't know if it is normally there, but after I did the arm repairing I could tell the peeps outside the shed that I had help... hmmmm...

  • Didn't even know this was an option! I need to do better!

  • I saw I could talk to him on my first try , but I didn't want to risk it. I went "Incognito" in their house and stole their stuff :D

  • Actually we don't know if Alvin is the father or not. He could be.

  • We do know sir because if you ask Rebecca who the father is she will get upset. After that Clem will say if it's not Alvin's then whose is it? So the father is not Alvin :)

  • Actually, we don't know. Rebecca says "Let it be his..." when he was in the bathroom, so we still don't know if it's Alvin's or not. It may be his, or it may not his. We don't know.

  • Oh wow, missed this.... Alvin ftw!

  • this man is correct

  • I did the same, I thought it might have been a "game over" situation if I knocked on the window, lol. Now I'm torn if I want to keep it that way or if I should talk to him in my canon playthrough. Guess I'm going with my first playthrough decisions, unless the ramifications make it more interesting one way or the other :3
