Is Carlos really a doctor or does he just know first aid?

  • I have wondered this myself, I don't think he is actually a doctor, They just consider him the "doctor" of the group.

  • Doesn't matter?! He is still better than nothing!

  • I have to agree. The wound looked nothing like the bite of a person, even if they were a zombie.

  • He was probably just a trainee nurse or something.

  • I wondered the same thing. It seemed he knew enough about suturing to comment on Clem's skills in that area, but I think that he could have done much better in identifying the bite marks. I kept thinking that they could have just taken a piece of food from inside the house, and had one of the other group members bite into it so that they could compare it to the teeth marks on her arm.

  • All the tearing that comes with a latching bite, you wouldn't be able to tell. If anything the bite in the game wasn't realistic enough to show how messed up it would actually look.

  • I really dont think he's a real doctor but has some training.

  • He's no doctor, any moron can learn first aid. Good thing too, because he is certainly a moron.

Even a blind person could feel the bite and realize that its length is impossible for a human's bite, assuming that the human doesn't have a watermelon for a head. How anyone could look at the bite and be unsure of its origin is beyond me.

I don't see how the group has survived for so long. This is another Carley-Battery situation, except Carley didn't almost get someone killed.

  • Maybe carver kept them alive cause when we met them they were running out of supplies and ammo
