When lee "dies" in the first season, maaybe he was just a little weak because of all the blood he lost. Then someone that knew a doctor found him and saved him

It's not.
He just had a cold, and the metal plating on his skull which he got after the car accident at the start blocked the bullet.
How do you know? Mayby it is lee for the people that choose to not shoot him.
Well for one, the preview for the next episode always take into account your decisions and you get the "i thought you were dead" line even if you shot Lee.
Also they've confirmed that he's dead many many times now. Time to accept that and move on.

Some Fallout: New Vegas logic.
Maybe that doctor was... gasp Vermon. Maybe it wasn't a walker that bit Lee but the crazy guy (who was really crazy) from the babysitter call.
He was already near death like that guy that people gave water too, there's NO way he could survive.
