It is unknown what his fate is for now, but he may be the person Clementine thought was dead in episode 2. Other than that, I agree with you.… more I don't think he needs even more redemption, but I do think him returning may be interesting, if he does return.
IF he survived, which was pretty unlikely in his situation (in my game he died trying defend Ben and Lee in the alley) he was surrounded by both sides, out of ammo and frankly, after all that happened, I don't think he even wanted to survive either. But putting all these pessimistic thoughts aside, if he survived, he possilby became either a hardened survivor, who's capable of doing anything to survive or a nervous wreck who miraclously managed to escape a certain death. Either way, I think he'd be a different Kenny than we used to know.
Still think that was a bad mistake by telltale, Omid deserved better than to go out like that. I knew he or Christa were going to die if not both in season 2 but to kill him off in the first scene of the first episode I think it was done purely for shock value and nothing else,would have been better to build his character up more and kill him near the end of episode 1 or 2,think it was a bad call but i'll forgive them if Kenny is alive and stays alive for a long while :P
I'm not sure about the eyepatch on Kenny...it makes him look a little too much like a ripoff of the Governor. A real nasty scar down the side of his face should be enough.
This could be great. Especially if Nick is torn between loyalty to the group or the chance to join or know Nate. If Nate is around that is. Nate could insult Pete or something
I'm thinking that Nate is Nick's brother, or if he's old enough, Nick's dad. Pete already said Nick's dad was 'a piece of shit when he was aro… moreund' and Nick and Nate have a sort of resemblance. Nate could be anywhere from late thirties to mid forties so if Nick is in his twenties they might just be related.

Very cool dude ! I wouldn't mind seeing a similar design in S2 if it turns out to be him in Ep2. However, if it's him you should consider making some Kenny/Clem drawings. I mean, Kenny and Clem? Damn walkers don't have a chance:D. Anyway keep up the good work!
