That kind of bugged me, but then I thought he must have faced them at some point between Day and Time. He did have that eyestalk he threatened them with.
Fine then, I'll start my own adventure game company! with Blackjack! And hookers! Remolay will be lead programmer and I'll be the guy that nobody is quite sure about what role he has.
Edit: Aw, it seems the "Community" hates strikethrough text. Including the generated kind.
Because you replied to my comment, I got a copy in my feed, and interestingly enough, the copy in my feed does have the strikethrough text! So it's only out here where it matters most that it doesn't appear.

So, now that the Doctor has created the mother of all paradoxes by averting his death (thus making absolutely sure he dies in the Dalek Asylum, along with a whole host of other massive changes by not having Clara jump into his timestream), does that mean the Langolier bats from Father's Day are going to come back and Rickroll the universe?
what the universe dont know wont hurt it. im still trying to figure out why they even bothered to show him regenerating way back when at the time of the impossible astronaut. (the scene when he gets shot the first time he starts regenerating when he has no regenerations left.)
Because they hadn't retconned John Hurt in yet. Apparently, when Christopher Eccleston bailed on the 50th anniversary episode, they had to create a new Doctor to fill his role. Then the question becomes "why not McGann", though the answer is probably "work permitting, of course".

Also, spoiler alert, it wasn't actually the Doctor, it was that weird shape-changing robot thing. And since his foes don't inherently know about the 13-Doctors limit, having him supposedly be shot mid-regeneration would put an end to all the 'is he actually dead or is there another regeneration yet to come' questions.
Isn't there also a thing where once Time Lords use up all their regenerations they can change into something else? Like a bird or whatever? Or did I just make that up?

Ties are no longer cool, as evidenced by what appears to be Peter Capaldi's Doctor outfit. A lot of people seem to think this outfit is very similar to 3's outfit, and I can kind of see it, but I'll leave it to more experienced Who fans to decide.

This guy is a singer from Croatia. When I saw him I instantly thought he could play the doctor. What do you think?
