i dont want her to die that would be so sad
i think it is surely possible since nobody is safe. i hope she doesnt die but that doesn't i dont think she wont die. i wish that we could choose at the end if she should die or keep living, since at the end maybe she will be a wreck and we choose to keep living with pain and sadness. die and no longer feel the pain of losing those who she loves. tear
I also but we dont know about telltale
there probably gonna do it sometimes but it would be stupid and sad
Yes you are right
She can't die. I won't be able to take it. Telltale is just counting bodies and Clems better not be on that list.
No
yeah
Let's hope not. If she does die, it better have some amazing build up and it better be meaningful. It was very sad when Lee died, but I believe he died a very honorable way and it was meaningful. I think Lee taught Clementine how to basically become a woman.
I also think
I don't think so. They've already killed one protagonist, so doing so in the sequel season would kind of be flogging a dead horse. She probably won't die this season, but if there's a Season 3 then she may.
Nah, after what Telltale did in season 1, I don't think it's so probable. In my opinion there must be a purpose behind the death of important characters. Some may be just for the value of shock, while other may be more symbolical and "valuable", such as with the death of Lee or the apparent sacrifice of Kenny. But if you keep doing it, the player may instead feel that the purpose is just to stir up emotions.
Right now we have a fantastic character shaped by season 1, and will no doubt be shaped by season 2. To just kill her off seems a bit rash and cheap. But then we've only seen episode 1, so it's too early to speculate what's really going to happen.
Aww that scene is so sad ... even after reading it first
Yeah its too far
I hope its simply a situation where there is no set ending
I suspect an is she isn't she cliffhanger at the end of the season.
I personally don't think they will and it's not because of her age or because they've done it before,or because the story calls for it. Clem has no one (yet) to look after and no real justification behind dying (unless it's just bad luck or something) she's on her own (for now) and just trying to do what she was taught and what she thinks is best as well.
So I think they will leave her alive and just move on to a new character. A sort of 'life goes on' scenario where Clem just continues surviving. They can do it in a way where there is closure, but also leaves it open if they ever wanted to use her again.
I doubt it. The last Episode is " No Going Back " so i assume Clem leaves wellington with one of the characters from 400 days ( whoever you decide to trust )
After watching the end of Season 1, I really don't think Telltale will use the same ending twice. I am rather confident that Clementine will once again survive the season, though not without some hardship along the way, and the ending will be presented in a more bittersweet light than a sad one.
"I think Lee taught Clementine how to basically become a woman."
^ ???
!me if clementine died!
What is that from?
It could come down to a huge split off situation. Save someone and Clem dies, or leave someone and Clem lives. Sarah or Clem in the end mayhaps? This, of course, would mean the end of the series but I doubt they are going to make a third anyways (imo). I am however sure they wouldn't write her off if it isn't a huge decision.
Game of thrones I think.
And I'll be the smiling one behind you if Rebecca died.
Ahh, one of the many shows I want to see but haven't.
I'd probably be as well, but then i'll feel sorry for Alvin... good man...
Please.
Yes. Clementine is a human being(as in game) not a superhero, still have to eat sleep shit, like any other, and eventually die. If she gets bit, someone probably will put her out of her misery, even if not and she turns i would say shes considered dead enough...
Give him a break, a lot of foreign people here...
Telltale would likely give you the option to either kill yourself or let yourself turn as Clementine in the end...
"It wouldn't be me." -Lee
Damn, by the sound of it some people are going to kill themselves. Mostly metaphorically, but I wish people don't actually do it.
The guy was like is she gonna die? I was just answering yes she is, dont matter how and who...
Is Clem dead? Is Clem alive? Keep people guessing til the next season.
You know, a cliffhanger.
Anyway, just a brainfart I wrote down when I was tired.
Oh yeah, and the foreigner excuse works too.
No , she's tough , she's only 11 and she fought both bandits and zombies , so my clemy won't die
I'm thinking that episodes 2-3 are mostly going to be about the dilemma with Carver and then there is a devastating point towards the end of ep. 3 where some people from the new group die. Maybe Clementine blames herself for someone's or the whole group's death (referring to the blood on her hands metaphor in the thumbnail) She could also be blaming herself for running away from the older group, in Savannah, and causing the trip to the Marsh House that leads to the death of Ben, Kenny, and Lee. Even Omid's death could be haunting her because she let the scavenger get the gun. "Amid the Ruins" could partly be about Clem looking back at all of the deaths she thinks she caused and all the stress is pushing her to the edge of sanity.
That would make the episode dark, nostalgic, and awesome in my opinion

I think it matters how she dies...
Fuck sakes no it dont. If somebody asks is she gonna die, he asks is she gonna die hes not fuckin askin how shes gonna die. And yes you think it matters, bless you. He just asked if she will. If you want to talk about how shes gonna die start a new discussion.
