It's assumed, or rather confirmed, that characters shown within 400 Days will make an appearance in S2. Your choices in 400 Days are stated to carry over into S2. But I wouldn't go as far to say it will "effect a lot" in the game.
Take that for what it's worth.
400 Days was lame.
ILOVED Season One, but 400 blew...
It's really cheap on steam right now ($1.5) and it's about 2 hours of decent entertainment that will carry over into season 2, I'd recommend it for that price
It's silly to compare them really
You can see Eddie on the picture for Episode 4, so it seems that Eddie might be a crucial character in the storyline. Since you see Eddie in 400 Days and learn about him (and have the option of sending his friend to go looking for him with Tavia), I think that it would be worth buying it just to find out about Eddie, let alone everyone else in the episode. Not only that, but the choices you make during 400 Days effect the ending of 400 Days that will effect Season Two. No matter would console you play on, it's still pretty cheap, and considering the amount of gameplay and the fact that it effects Season Two, I think it's worth it for $5 (or less).
Honestly I'd say it's worth it. took me maybe 2 hours to beat it. but know what you are getting before you jump in.
They said our choices in 400 days will have effect on S2. But if you skipped it, then the game will just pick the choices randomly for you. I don't think there will be too much of a difference though, and since you didn't play it, I think you won't even notice it. It was a nice DLC (if you are still interested in playing it, I'd say go for it), though I have to say it feels a little weird, because it's just a series of quite short stories, leaves a lot questions that will probably be explained in S2 (hopefully).
If you pay attention and see all of the connections and overlaps in 400 Days, it makes it a helluva lot better. Theres a lot of stuff connecting to Season 1 as well.
