If this is season 2 we are talking about then it is obviously Rebecca. Yes she is pregnant and your stressed but come on, why do you have to treat this little girl looking for shelter and security like a piece of shit? I don't think she compares to Larry, the thing about Larry is you could understand where he was coming from, with Rebecca she is just plain bitch. You better pull some crazy shit outta your hat to make me like this character Telltale.
She seems to be there so she can be the "I feel so sad that she died even though I hate her" character.
What heartless person would do this to Larry?
If we're talking about the entire Walking Dead game franchise:
Vernon. The group's efforts in Episode 4 was all for nothing because of his boat theft.
It didn't help that there were little to no foreshadowing of his plan to betray Lee and his team and steal the boat, other than his question in the bell tower about whether Lee's group took the train to get to Savannah. For me, his sudden act of betrayal in Episode 5 just came out of nowhere.
If we're talking about just the Season 2 characters:
Rebecca. Possibly the first character in the Walking Dead game francise to actively hate Clementine everytime they were in the same room, and boy did she make a impression in her debut.
I get where Rebecca is coming from. She's afraid that Clem was sent by Carver to spy on the group, and she believes that it is probably true. I think that Rebecca is worried about this because the baby probably is Carver's, or at the very least Rebecca had sex with Carver a ways back. She doesn't want any sort of fallout coming upon the group, and if it does, she's probably thinking that it's partially or mostly her fault, so thus instead of blaming herself, she shifts her blames on the first available person: Clementine, who she thinks is most likely a spy for Carver.

Season 1 : Danny.... Creepy/Cannibal/Murderer
400 days: Becca.... Acts hardcore/ In a tough situation acts really lame
Season 2 : Michelle .... (annoying girl at the begining) Robbing a kid, taking her hat, killing someone, the crying about it
It's a tie between Kenny and Vernon.
Molly I didn't really like her and she was a bit like useless character.

By worst, if you mean the one least liked, I would pick Brie for Season One and Michelle for Season Two.
If you mean the least developed/least lifelike/least interesting, I would pick Molly for Season One. (I don't have anything against her, her character just wasn't very interesting and seemed out of place IMO.) Season Two is way too early to tell.

Vince, he seemed to lack personality compared to most other characters.
His buddies completely stole the show in his story.
If we are talking about only season 2, then Rebecca obviously. But if we are talking about the entire series then I would say the stranger. He is indirectly responsible for the death of Lee, Kenny, and Ben depending on whether you saved him from the bell tower or not.
Worst characters to me are and why:
Lilly (I think she's crazy)
Larry (He's an asshole)
St John family(They're all sick in the head eating dead zombies/people)
Vernon(Ganged up on Kenny with his group, kicked his ass and stole the boat and locking him in the garage)

ep1 he keeps yelling while Lee is trying to quietly get the keys from his brother .
ep2 he damn near ate all the biscuits, when had a lot hungry people.
ep3 just mopes around the motor inn and is too big of a pussy to stand up to Lilly .

From the entire franchise, I would have to say Vernon. Followed closely by Lilly. Thirdly Larry. If not for those three, most people in season one would still be alive. Yes Ben was an idiot, but he wasn't vindictive and treacherous. Soon as I met that Vernon, I knew he was going to shit on the group from a big height. Same could be said for Lilly. From my game playing choices she shot Carly and then drove off in the camper. Leaving the rest, including two children to die. She had no idea the train was operable. If she is the one Clementine meets in season two, I don't think it bodes well for the little one in the cap. At least Kenny sticks with the group, regardless of the decisions made by you in the game. Yes he can be an asshole at times, but so can we all.
As for season two. My sixth sense tells me to be very wary of Carlos. Just from his demeanor, he rings alarm bells more than the rest of the group so far.

did you notice the looks that Vernon and his group exchanged in the beginning? Like "try and get what you can get out of them."
On that note.. anyone else hate it when Kenny's all like "Whatever you do, don't let them escape," when Lee is going to go up to talk to Omid and Christa when they first met?
I get her being suspicious of Clementine, but all she had to do was say, "Hey, I'm sorry I was being a bitch to you and arguing that you should be shot. I was wrong." That's it!
Instead, she basically tells Clementine to get out. And this woman is about to be a mom? Seriously.

Well, Rebecca thinks Clem is a spy for Carver. Rebecca is probably over-suspicious because of her relationship with Carver. I get why Rebecca would want Clem out. I never said I agree with her.
Ah. Well, then the one I hate most is probably Rebecca, with Vernon as a close second. Can't think of anyone for the other definition that I genuinely hate for being simply a bad character.
EDIT: Crap, I forgot someone else that I hated. BECCA. From 400 Days. I just can't stand her, that little idiot. The only good thing about Shel staying at the camp in my game was that she kept Becca with her.
