His eyes look weird, particularly the whites. It almost looks like someone pasted them on.
The source of these pictures could be someone from TTG who is working on those scenes but is sharing a few little things like this with us for the hell of it. Looking at it and comparing with other images of S2 characters, there's a lack of ambient lighting. Could be a Work-In-Progress shot taken from the engine, not the game itself.
They may not have access to the full episode, otherwise they would have probably revealed spoilers or something. They only seem to be sharing images of characters we've seen before, so they may actually be one of the developers. TT probably wouldn't be bothered by non-spoiler shots of characters we already know are in EP2, but this person could be risking their job by sharing more spoilery images.

That's what I thought, too.
It seems like some of the shaders/lighting effects the game uses haven't been applied yet. The image could be taken from the engine rather than the game.
From wiki: "Leaked sound files from the episode, along with the menu picture and Rebecca's growing physical weakness in "A House Divided", suggest that Rebecca may have her baby in this episode."

I expect the cliffhanger for Ep2 will be that the baby is coming. Ep3 might start with the aftermath of the birth. I can't see TTG putting in a button mashing segment for delivering the baby.
