Season 2's most tailored character?

edited January 2014 in The Walking Dead

By "most tailored character" I mean, the character who's behavior changes the most depending on your decisions. Most of the characters won't fall far from their general behavior. (Carley is always generally nice to you. Larry is always generally a jerk to you.)

However some characters's ways of responding to you differ more due to your decisions than most other characters. Kenny being (imo) the most tailored character of season 1.(hell, the kill larry/attempt revive larry decision alone vastly changes his attitude from after killing larry till when the bandits attack, and that's just one of the kenny-related big decisions),

So who do you think is, or rather, will be Season 2's most tailored character? The character who's attitude to clementine(and perhaps others) changes the most according to your decisions?(To the point of showing two completely vastly different sides of himself to two different players/clementines)

  • I think it will be Sarah. Her response to Clem already differs whether you accept her friendship or not. Or it could possibly be Nick, but we didn't really get to talk to him after the accept or not accept his apology thing.

So in a nutshell...Sarah is the new Kenny XD

  • Luke and Pete are nice no matter what, I guess. Nick will always apologise, and Rebecca will always be a bitch.

Carlos can accept Clementine if she apologises for manipulating Sarah, but he can also warn her if she doesn't apologise.

Sarah can be nice if Clementine agrees to be her friend, but she wants to be left alone if Clementine doesn't agree.

Alvin is kind of neutral, but gets a bit pissy if you threaten him.

  • I think Lilly and Kenny were the most varied in season 1. In season 2 so far I think its Nick; especially after that apology thing

I think that it will be Luke and/or Sarah. I'm just guessing here, so I don't really know for sure yet.

  • I'd say either Sarah or Alvin.

I think we will be able to help those two free themselves from their "problems". Maybe if you stick by Sarah and tell her the truth all the time she'll come to accept this world even though Carlos will do everything to prevent it. And maybe by talking a lot with Alvin (Reveal him the "Whose baby is it" discussion ?) you will help him step up and take control of his actions instead of being bossed around by Rebecca.

Well, that's more a case of me wanting this than it being plausible aha, but yeah, I'd really like something like that.

  • Damn, now I can't get off my head the image of Sarah carrying a salt lick >_<

Luke, Nick and Sarah. Assuming they survive the first 3 episodes.

  • From what I've seen so far, Carlos and Sarah seem to vary the most in their attitude towards you based on what you say to them. Sarah can either be ecstatic that you're her new best friend or pissy at you for refusing her friendship. Carlos can either forgive you for persuading his daughter into giving you his supplies or scold you for your actions and tell you to stay away from his daughter.

  • I can't get the image of Sarah with a mo out of my head

  • Yeah this could be our "Kenny/Lilly" situation here. It could either be we stay away from Sarah (just as Carlos say we should thus improving our relationship with him but Sarah could dislike Clem for this) or continue befriending Sarah or show her what the real world is like (thus angering Carlos)

  • I think Nick (because of Pete's death/bite) and Sarah (she wants to be like Clem) will change most on your decisions. And IF Kenny appears, he'll act different depending on what you were like to him as Lee

You know today I just found out she was 15 which shocked me a whole lot. I thought she was at least 12 or 13 because of her voice alone. It will be interesting to see how the whole "sheltered" thing pans out because Carlos won't be able to shield her from walkers forever. I'm also curious to see how Telltale will make me regret pinky swearing with her.

  • I'm going to say Nick and Sarah. Sarah because We'll have plenty of chances to open her eyes to how horrible the world is now. Nick, because of Pete's bite. I'm guessing that Nick is already going to be different depending on if you went with him or Pete, and it'll be the starting point of his development for however long he survives.

  • The obvious choices seem like Sarah, Rebecca and Nick. Could be Carlos but this is Telltale. They could do a Kenny with Luke or Pete (Kind and loyal until some big event or chain of events) or even Christa

  • If you didn't save Pete, Nick will go from wanting to kill you --> Accepting you and apologizing --> Very angry and depressed
Most obvious will be Rebecca and Sarah. Will be very interesting to see how Sarah develops

  • Hmm. I think Nick and Rebecca will be full of suprises for us. Sarah too probably.
