when you kill the woman with the rifle danny with the pitch fork and andy with either the gun or kicking him into the fence then shooting the stranger in the head with the pistol even tho you tell clementine killing is wrong will she kill even more in season 2?

Actually, it doesn't matter who you kill. I personally chose to kill no one throughout the whole season one, except for the walkers and the bandits. And Clementine still ended up killing Campman (the stranger). I don't know much else, though. Maybe it's just a matter of how hard you choke him...

I'd be very surprised if you can actually get through this season without killing anyone. I mean she's already basically killed one guy in episode 1, though indirectly.
Clementine is gonna have to kill. Maybe not murder, rather self-defense. But she's gonna come across a situation or another where she'll take a human live(s), whether we like it or not. Regardless of what Lee did.
Maybe Lee's actions will influence some of her dialogues. (actually, his actions already do change some dialogues in her in s2 ep.1), however, i doubt there'll be a big change to what she'll do. Or rather, the options available for what she chooses to do.
This. She will be forced at one point to kill someone. At best the choices from S1 will change her reaction and how she deals with it after. Now as for the dialogue changes, first thing that comes to mind is the first scene at the bathroom. When she drops the bottle, depending on what you did back in S1 she might say:"Oh,shoot" instead of "Shit". Not a big thing i know, but still relevant to some degree.
Another change is when Luke makes the joke at the dinner table about stumps, she will react differently depending on if lee chopped his arm off
. I really like these sprinkled through, and how they are noticeable even on first playthroughs.
