Does anyone know if 400 Days is going to sync up with the 'main' game/story??
Or is it to remain completely separate? Has this been established or is it up in the air??
Is it going to be an ongoing 'extra'/side story?

Well, you can see one of the 400 Days characters on the Episode 4 slide. Aside from that, I'm guessing that Wellington was the community Tavia was talking about, but that's just a hunch.
It's confirmed that it will. We just don't know how.

I shot the pyramid scheme dude...I forget what, but something about the "rapist" guy didn't seem right. Like he was set up or something. Like there was more to his story but there wasn't enough time to tell.
GAH It's so hard to tell! And I hate how they wouldn't elaborate as to what happened with him when that Tavia lady showed up. =\
An interesting point someone brought up on youtube:
"I found this to be an interesting decision the game throws at you. I chose to shoot Justin. While it's true that Danny may indeed have been a rapist, he showed a lot more compassion for others. I felt like he was somebody who had a moral compass and I could count on. Justin, while his crimes weren't as heinous, felt no remorse for the people's lives he ruined and only cared about himself. Vince even reveals at the end how Justin abandons him shortly after they escape the bus."
