Carver: What is he after?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-XdAePtVxM#t=263
Somewhere in the video, they talk about Carver and the house as if they are hiding or on the run. My question is why? What did they do to Carver (or Carver did to them) that made them run away from him, and what makes Carver, a single man as far as we know, so dangerous to an entire group of people? We've obviously seen what he could do, hence the FUBAR killing fields, but he seems desperate to find these folks. What secrets are they hiding? Is Carver out for revenge for some reason? What is his agenda? Post a comment below and share your thoughts

Maybe it's a similar situation to how Lee and his group took Campman's supplies from the station wagon. Maybe this new group did the same thing to Carver.
I think Carver could be the father of Rebecca's baby, maybe he wanted them to become bandits and was in favour of attacking people and then they abandoned him or left him to die,now he has his group of bandits and is out for revenge?
What if Carver is the good guy and this group turns out to be the bad guys. Maybe they robbed Carver an left him for dead and that's why they don't want him to find them or something like that. I doubt Carver will be so one dimentional or at least I'm hoping hes not.
He seems to be a powerful figure, because he isn't working alone: maybe he made some deals with thugs to help him out, or he is quite the charmer. Either way, I doubt he is the good guy necessarily, because he did murder an entire field of people to find information on the group, if he did do that.
I agree, although TT has proven before that they can make a seemingly dimensionless character into something special.
He raped sarah
Good points but we don't really know he "murdered an entire field full of people for info on the group". Remember the survivor there being one of the dudes that was after you and Christa. There is a chance he was on the bandits side attacking Carver's group and they got repelled. We don't know exactly why the bodies were there and what groups they were from or who were the aggressors or who won. All we got is bodies.
he's Nate. This answers all questions.
Nate Carver
I think Telltale has something much more interesting in store...
Well, Nick and Pete were somewhat convinced (more like a red haring to me, but what ev's) and they made it sound like that it would be something Carver would do. He must be really desperate to find them, but we don't know what!
He's after a piece of DAT ass from Rebecca!
Lol Agree
All guys are after DAT ASS one way or another
Maybe Rebecca's kid? He might be related to her or something and wants to raise it. Or maybe it's his, and he's coming for it. One thing for sure is that he is most definitely not someone you want to mess with. Given how many people got killed at the sandbar, regardless of the reasons, is enough to tell that you don't want this guy to be after you. He's obviously done SOMETHING that made the group afraid of him, something besides the massacre at the river, if Nick immediately assumes that it's him.
Seems like an awful amount of trouble over a child who isn't even born yet. I doubt the group knows that it's someone else's baby, so it may be for a different reason.
Not from Rebecca though, geez...
They were gonna let Clem die!!! Carlos said that she might die from infection in the morning!!!
You'd have to be pretty desperate to want Rebecca's bitchy ass.
Agreed.
Would be interesting if he had military grade weaponry like mines or something.
The what now?
In any case, you can always follow the footsteps of Lester Ballard if you're that desperate for companionship.
It's the ZA man, slim pickings :P
I'd sooner screw a mountain lion than Rebecca.
ZA as in zombie apocalypse, you're standards would be pretty low after 2 years of nothing i'd imagine :P
In the woods where the cabin is located.
Wherewould you find a lion though? Lol
Still man risky business, don't think the lion would take to you very friendly like :P
Friendlier than Rebecca, that's for sure.
True story bro!
Maybe they took a bunch of supplies from Carver when they left. They DID say that they were with him at one point, then they left, so maybe he he's coming for revenge.
These people were shot a lot, and unless Carver was using the AK47, there would have definitely needed to be more people with him to cause that much damage. I don't think it was him alone, so I'm guessing he's a leader of a small well-armed group
Well, in the second slide "A House Divided" it shows Carver with binoculars and a guy with an AK-47.
Sorry the image is a bit small.
Damn right.
I'd like to point one more thing out: I bet that Carver ends up discovering their location, and now the group needs to move again. My bet is that Clementine tells them about Wellington, and the group tries to make it there.
This is a thread about Carver, not Clem.
What could they have done to a fellow group member that would drive him over the edge so?
