Clementine should have heard the messages...

edited January 2014 in The Walking Dead

Is it just me or does anyone else feel sad that Clementine didn't hear the voice messages her parents left at her house? I feel sad because If she would of heard them, maybe she would have felt better maybe that her parents loved her (she already knew though :P) and kinda like their last words to Clem (sorry idk if i make sense) Anyways, I think Lee should have showed her because Clem's parents (mom) recorded that message so Clementine could hear it. That's how she intended it...What do you think?

No I think it would have been too upsetting for her plus we had just met her so we didn't know how she would react to news like that

  • ok ok no need to downvote lol

  • Nah, you make a lot sense, lol. But Idk...her mom was crying during the 3rd message, wouldn't it worry her more? :/

  • I didn't, look I'll upvote your comment now :P

  • Maybe she does, if you leave at night. They've got to be doing something in the meantime.

  • I suppose the recordings don't straight tell Lee that Clem's parents are dead (sorta), but maybe
if he would've showed her the messages, it'd have saved his life in the long run. Whatchu think?

  • I'd guess it's more closure than otherwise, but I think it'd be interesting for Telltale to have made that an option in the game, to let Clem hear the messages or not. There's so many pros and cons to each choice, it would've been interesting.

Yeah, it should have been nice, but no. It would have made her go to Savannah (or rather try to) by herself and gotten her killed. I'm kind of glad things went the way they did...

  • Lee should've been able to tell her he knows they loved her though. Could be a sweet moment in the story
