The other stuff particularly that other room kind of seem suspicious however dont hold out hope on that gun. The gun models are literally one of the most recycled things in the game. Everyone uses the same gun as Carleys for most of the game. However we do see that gun as well, it is the one Christa has in around every corner and the finale and also Vince uses it in 400 days. So its probably just a model reuse.
Also again I really think this is one of those instances where they didnt expect people to over analyse everything so much, Carley's death for example. I feel part of the reason they put her and Doug in 400 days was to confirm the fact she was dead
-- I haven't written this I found this theory posted by some awesome guy on Reddit and I completely agree with this theory! --
So just some… morething I've cooked up, replaying Episode 5 recently. Here's my theory:
Kenny, being extremely angry fights through the horde after saving Christa / trying to save Ben. We know it's possible for people with a lot of anger to survive seemingly impossible encounters (think Tyreese), and like Kenny himself said: "I've got a lot of pain inside of me, Lee. I'd like to get at least some of it out."
He gets covered in gore, like Lee did, allowing him to freely travel through Savannah. Now, he knows the rest is going towards the Marsh House. It's pretty hard to miss. So he enters the Marsh House, where the Stranger gets the jump on him. Kenny is knocked unconscious and placed in the adjoining room, at which point the Stranger hears Lee entering and, well, we all know what happens then.
So, here's some actual… [view original content]
Don't forget how in Volume 14 they literally killed all the roamers in Alexandria with melee weapons within minutes. If they can just brute force kill a herd, then Kenny can push a couple walkers out of his way. Also considering he'd eventually get a bunch of guts on him.
He could've just pushed the walkers out of his way and ran. In the comics, several characters just push through walkers, and in the TV show, rick is in a situation where he only has an empty gun to kill walkers. In Volume 14, they're all in a similar situation where there's no room to run, and almost no one dies because they just push through the walkers. As for the bite to the arm, cutting limbs off can stop bites, though i'm not convinced he was bitten.
Also, it doesn't matter if Tyresse is the strongest guy in the franchise or whatever, look at the actual scene. The guy had walkers climbing on walkers climbing on him. If he can live through that and fans just accept it, then why can't people accept that Kenny could easily have just pushed walkers out of his way, especially considering there weren't as many as Tyresse had in the gym.
For the christa version I agree it is highly logical kenny could have survived. We dont see how many walkers are in the room, and there could … morebe plenty of options to escape.
However I just dont think it makes any sense for him to have survived the Ben version.
Kenny chooses to lock himself in with the zombies when he could have just shot ben, he even says if you ask him that he'll either talk to Kat again or save Ben. He then runs offscreen where the walkers are about to reach Ben. I fail to see how Kenny had enough time to escape there were dozens on either side of him. A lot of people have talked about Tyreese but he was the second best melee fighter and probably the strongest guy the group ever had (not to mention he actually HAD a weapon), Kenny gets beat up by larry and Lee easily (kenny only wins if Lee lets him because he feels sorry for him), not to mention his gunshot wound. Also I'm sure it shows a walker lunging at Kenny and you h… [view original content]
Either Kenny fans hate me cause they know I am right or they actually think there is a way Kenny survived.
Get over yourself. None of us know for sure yet if Kenny's alive or dead, and saying he's one or the other without legitimate evidence is presumptuous as hell.
If Kenny shows up as a walker or corpse in S2, then you can gloat to your heart's content. But not before.
So I get 6 "thumbs down" but only 3 responses. Either Kenny fans hate me cause they know I am right or they actually think there is a way Kenny survived.
gloat for what? I have to get over myself? YOU have to get over yourself for actually thinking I am trying to act above anyone on a VIDEO GAME FORUM. Im not gonna gloat if he does/ or does not return. Get over yourself.

Ok as I said before but (Im not saying you just others in general) are very think headed. I am saying their is a chance Kenny does return what I am simply trying to prove is that he should not. He died either way indefinitely. And about the files being extracted that still makes me laugh. I extracted and hacked into the game last night and their was a file called "zombie_kenny202" so I guess everyone believes me and I am right?
I wouldn't even label myself as a Kenny supporter, I liked him and all (he was the broest of all bros) but I'm not on the edge of my seat wait… moreing for his appearance in season 2. That being said, his fate was left VERY open ended. In the Ben alleyway scene, you can see him running away, and in both scenes, you never hear any sounds that could 100% be his death. Struggles, yes, but not a death by any stretch. The fact that Telltale said themselves that his fate would be explored, and pairing that with all the clues that he didn't die in those scenes makes me believe he'll make an appearance, one way or another. Not to mention the awesome guy that extracted files from s2e1 that included one file named "kenny202". It's not just wishful thinking, there's a lot that says he didn't die in the scenes we were shown.
It would make no sense for a walker from savannah if there was even enough left to turn if he was killed there to make it all the way to carolina, The only way Kenny can be there is if he is alive

say what u want about kenny, but without him lee's story would have ended in ep1,
so just chill and dont let anybody else get eaten today, especially a good friend.

My assumption was that he was gonna go back and try get ben up again and help him(even though he would have bled out quickly most likely) then… more realised he didnt have the time as the walkers were nearly upon them so he put Ben out of his misery and then we'll find out i guess...
He probably wanted to die himself, but he didn't want to give up necessarily out of weakness. This way, he died fighting as well as trying to save someone he once hated, kinda going out with a bang.
The problem with that is, putting his life at risk didn't/wouldn't have accomplished anything, regardless of whether he died or not. My question is why did he lock the gate at all if he knew he couldn't save Ben? He was willing to die for a good cause but I can't see a good cause; he could easily shoot ben, run to the gate and lock it behind him, then continue bro-ing around with Lee.
If there's anything I've learn from South Park, it's that Kenny Can't Die.
No but I think it's PAINFULLY obvious that in the dark building he is alive. I mean, what do we know? There may have been fewer walkers in there. They may have only been coming from one side. There was definitely exit in there, who builds a room with the only exit being the roof? There's a door/staircase in there somewhere. It's obvious.
In the alleyway, let's face it, from Christa's POV we should have saw Kenny's Corpse, if there was a corpse, but we DIDN'T. Why didn't we? Because he's not dead. Some walkers seem to be faced towards this one window, and let's face it, Kenny only has to really deal with one side of walkers, the other side will be eating Ben's dead body. Kenny has one side to deal with. I think Kenny jumped through a window, or ran through the walkers. Look at the comic stuff earlier in the thread. Tyreese was cornered by lots, he shouldn't have survived. But he did. Just like Kenny will.
I'm telling you, when Kenny is looking down at Clem like "Clem? Oh my god!" I will be doing the Chandler Bing dance no matter where I am and just go on these forums and go. "LOL KENNY WAS ALIVE"
I also think Lily will appear soon. But I like Kenny better.
But Kenny and Lee had already tried and failed to save Ben. Kenny was perfectly willing to take the time to lock the gate when Ben was losing more blood.
Surely if Kenny was desperate to save Ben he would have stayed with him?
He didn't want Lee to die with him. He was trying to save Lee's life. However, he didn't leave with Lee because he wanted to try and save Ben. when he finally realized he couldn't do this, he shot Ben, and ran.
I know it doesnt make sense logically but remember he let Shawn die when he could have helped, he wasnt going to let that happen again even though lets face it Ben was never going to make it out alive
Although the comic example seems feasible, I just thought that I would bring up the fact that Kenny was weak, at least in the context of saving Ben, emotionally and was ready to die. Thus I believe it is unlikely that he would have survived the hoard of Walkers in the alleyway as he seemed to be giving himself up to death with his last action being preventing Ben from going through one of his worst nightmares. I could be completely wrong though and I would like to be wrong because Kenny, although grating at times, was a great character.
And like I said in your other thread... the images provided in the video are extremely easy to fake (hell, I could do it in ten minutes if I was enough of a dick to want to), so I would take this with a MASSIVE amount of salt.

Just copying for the previous thread (apologies Darth)...
For those wondering, copied from the… more uploader on YouTube:
"sk54_kenny202 was found into the Memory of the game, the .exe
as we know 202 means season 2 and episode 2, he might join in
also the other files I extracted them with ttarchext, So there's nothing fake in the video"
ttarch is the file used only by Telltale games and noone else as a way for protecting their files against this kind of stuff. So if the uploader if telling the truth--Kenny confirmed?

's cool.

I don't know, that's what I thought it was. when things got desperate he got his friend out of the way, and then continued to try on his own, when things got REALLY desperate he put Ben out of his misery, then ran. If it isn't that, then I really don't know why he locked the gate.
But Kenny and Lee had already tried and failed to save Ben. Kenny was perfectly willing to take the time to lock the gate when Ben was losing more blood.

I think we will all dance with joy after Shaundi get's banned, and that will likely be soon, considering most of her argument ends with a picture about suicide.
Remember when Kenny suggested that we leave a crippled Omid behind because Omid was slowing down Kenny's quest to find a boat he could fuck? Let's talk about that.
I definitely agree he is.Remember in Episode 5,after Kenny "gets lost to the herd" there is a "They will remember that" notification after Lee responds on what happened in the alley (you can say various things).Imo since Clem (and obviously Christa/Omid) never saw Kenny "die",what they told Clem after she asked about his status (in between S1 and 2 obviously) depends on what Lee said during EP5.That again, may or may not, influence what Clem has to say to Kenny in Episode 2.
It's not like they were long time group members, Kenny probably viewed them as some folk that were just tagging along. We knew them for what, a day? I didn't really view them as solidified members of the group but your right that leaving Omid would of been a dick move.

He was dealing with the death of his entire family at the time. His finest moment? No, that comes in the Episode after that. But you can't expect him to be a particularly nice person after trauma like that.
How about when he leaves Lee under the door? There's nearly no justification for that. AND his family was still alive.

Kenny's character is like 20% dick move. There's also the 20% that's a cool bro, though. The other 60% is, of course, some combination of mustache and mullet.

Hey maybe actually. There's been a few instances where in the "next episode trailer" a character says something then you realize you can say something else or that your character just says something else entirely.
Maybe if you said he might be alive as Lee then Clem doesn't say "I thought you were dead" but something like "I knew you were alive", because Omid&Christa will have transmitted those words exactly, who knows ?
Developing.

Still for those that he didn't help, I suppose he thought it wasn't worth the risk to save someone he didn't particularly like. Not that I'm justifying it.

Seems we got a Long Road Ahead yet..
