Well, one of them is definitely Vince (as we figured out). I think the other one is just Vince with longer hair. Just look at the top of each one. They both have the one hair strand that's just "floating" and then right next to it they both have the two curved hair strands. Vince's hair is also slightly curled at the end. Look at the lower left curled lock of hair part, too. That's also the same. I'm not too sure about the ears, though.... I'm pretty convinced it's Vince. :P

Then again, it does show the group in a train. That much is accurate. The teaser slide may not be 100% accurate, but their probably will be a lot of blood (or red pain) for this episode.

So since the 2 guys to the left seem to be Vince and Troy so far, I decided to check the shady dude to the right, next to Eddie and after a lot of image torturing him I got this

Could just be a randomised event to make the story a little bit more quirky. I can see a water-cooler discussion between two people, "Oh, you got short-haired Vince? I got long-haired Vince."
It might be something that doesn't have any criteria, but TellTale would want us to go around looking for the answer/trigger while we miss more important stuff.

Personally I don't think the slides mean a whole lot. Maybe sometimes but like someone posted earlier the slide from S1 Ep 3, we see Duck poking his head out of the window when in actual fact he was in the back dying. The people in S2 Ep4 slide could be returning characters like from 400 Days (obviously we can see Eddie so Im guessing he will be back). I'd say it's the characters from 400 Days
The silhouette of both of these look so very similar.
Also, there are a total of 5 different silhouettes in the slide besides Clem... 5 characters in 400 days... Maybe that's them only. The Kenny one could be Vince, The one on the far left could be Russel, maybe Eddie took the place of another 400 days character who died. The far right could be Shel, it looks female. The one in the back could be Bonnie with her hair back or something, maybe Wyatt dies and Eddie takes over.
Just because the slide changes doesn't necessarily mean that the story changes. I think it just mean that both of these characters will be in Ep. 4. Or its just a mistake.

People keep flashing that Kenny comparation picture a lot, but... Has everyone forgotten about Nick? Nick the Kenny-clone should be taken into… more consideration, right? Nick's hair even seems to be of the same curly look as the silhouette, unlike Kenny's thick spikes.
Granted, I chose to save Pete. Which reminds me, I need to check out my version of the slide the next time I get a chance...

One thing is for sure telltale will get back a lot of characters from season one and 400 days.they won't just let them go.we are so eager to see our favorite characters and if telltale knows this is what we want they will do it so they gonna get back ( kenny.lilly.& others to this season)
Radio guy wouldn't need to hide much though. Tavia is already with him. He said to not force the new group. There weren't any radio eavesdroppers. Or he's manipulating Tavia if you're right
