Call me crazy, but i think she'll last a lot longer than people think. It's something more about her than meets the eye.

I hope she doesn't become Clementine's charge. I liked Clementine from the start but having to go everywhere with Sarah would suck. Some people want Carlos to die and then Sarah become Clementine's problem, but I'd rather that Sarah dies and Carlos goes batshit crazy. She's pretty much another Ben waiting to happen.

Honestly I don't think Sarah will die before Carlos just because it would be too similar to to Duck and Kenny. The last thing we need is another distant and depressed father who blames him self for his child's death.
You can tell Sarah how Clementine is scared of having to do something unfriendly. Maybe Clementine kills Sarah! 0_0 That's super far-fetched but ya never know....
I can see Sarah dieing trying to copy Clementine....thinking she can kill a zombie or something to that extent.

While I know tragedy will strike in some form involving Carlos and Sarah, I hope it doesn't happen immediately.
For as great a child character as Clementine is, we never got to see her play off of another kid outside of a few scenes with Duck. So I kind of like the idea of seeing the different parallels and interactions with other younger characters growing up in the apocalypse like Sarah and Becca.
Clementine will be her Lee, just you watch

But i think it'll be a choice to save her eventually. But when that happens...
She's dead.
I definitely think we'll see her 'cease to function', then she will die shortly afterwards. But I also think this will be a gradual process, so I'm betting on Episode 3 being her last episode, (bar any flashbacks).

Carlos wouldn't let her step outside for fresh air. If he dies then we will see as some of you said "cease to function" What if there is a choice to save her or Carlos. DUN DUNN DUNNNNNNNN (Dramatic exit)

I can see this season having some characters still left alive at the end. It is obvious that Carlos will die before she does and we'll see her having to deal with it. Although i'm not sure i'd lump her into the category of being one of the people to survive the whole season I believe she will live until at least episode 4.

hmm, it was discussed ina previous thread the possability of the player making a "Save clem or save (insert character here)" decision at the end, in which, i claimed that most people would pick clem, for obvious reasons, but that, what you just said, makes this theory sound more probable. Though. its now starting to sound like we will have to choose who to kill, leaveing clem out of it, which makes it much more difficult, and will have a bigger impact.
I think she might be like Clem and Duck, so everyone will try to protect her. Dunno when she'll die, but maybe her Dad will die and she'll have Clem to protect her.

I can see her least 'till the end and then getting an "unknow status" (like Kenny or something. Like an assumed death,or she just get lost or separated from the group). I think she'll ask Clem to teach her how to use a gun while Carlos isn't around or something,but I don't see this like a Lee-Clem relation. Just...good friend,whit Clem just teaching her the basics (if the player wants to) and then they'll be just normal survivors,helping each others if needed. And then,we might see her again in Season 3. If there's a Season 3 (which is very likely,to me).
