It all started when our protagonist, Kenny , woke up in a thicket. It was the second time it had happened. Feeling exceedingly frustrated, Kenny slapped a mitten, thinking it would make him feel better (but as usual, it did not). Without warning, he realized that his beloved Muchtache was missing! Immediately he called his acquaintance, Lee. Kenny had known Lee for (plus or minus) 20 years, the majority of which were enchanting ones. Lee was unique. He was smart though sometimes a little... funny-smelling. Kenny called him anyway, for the situation was urgent.
Lee picked up to a very angry Kenny . Lee calmly assured him that most hamsters yawn before mating, yet bunnies usually indiscriminately yawn after mating. He had no idea what that meant; he was only concerned with distracting Kenny . Why was Lee trying to distract Kenny ? Because he had snuck out from Kenny 's with the Muchtache only two days prior. It was a sassy little Muchtache ... how could he resist?
It didn't take long before Kenny got back to the subject at hand: his Muchtache . Lee turned red. Relunctantly, Lee invited him over, assuring him they'd find the Muchtache . Kenny grabbed his couch and disembarked immediately. After hanging up the phone, Lee realized that he was in trouble. He had to find a place to hide the Muchtache and he had to do it aggressively. He figured that if Kenny took the Geo Metro, he had take at least six minutes before Kenny would get there. But if he took the Boat? Then Lee would be extraordinarily screwed.
Before he could come up with any reasonable ideas, Lee was interrupted by three abrasive Walkers that were lured by his Muchtache . Lee turned red; 'Not again', he thought. Feeling relieved, he randomly reached for his paper clip and deftly backhanded every last one of them. Apparently this was an adequate deterrent--the discouraged critters began to scurry back toward the vineyard, squealing with discontent. He exhaled with relief. That's when he heard the Boat rolling up. It was Kenny .
----o0o----
As he pulled up, he felt a sense of urgency. He had had to make an unscheduled stop at Big Lots to pick up a 12-pack of forks, so he knew he was running late. With a quick leap, Kenny was out of the Boat and went explosively jaunting toward Lee's front door. Meanwhile inside, Lee was panicking. Not thinking, he tossed the Muchtache into a box of salt shakers and then slid the box behind his television. Lee was relieved but at least the Muchtache was concealed. The doorbell rang.
'Come in,' Lee scandalously purred. With a apt push, Kenny opened the door. 'Sorry for being late, but I was being chased by some clueless outcast in a truck,' he lied. 'It's fine,' Lee assured him. Kenny took a seat nearby where Lee had hidden the Muchtache . Lee yawned trying unsuccessfully to hide his nervousness. 'Uhh, can I get you anything?' he blurted. But Kenny was distracted. Soon afterward, Lee noticed a annoying look on Kenny 's face. Kenny slowly opened his mouth to speak.
'...What's that smell?'
Lee felt a stabbing pain in his chest when Kenny asked this. In a moment of disbelief, he realized that he had hidden the Muchtache right by his oscillating fan. 'Wh-what? I don't smell anything..!' A lie. A clueless look started to form on Kenny 's face. He turned to notice a box that seemed clearly out of place. 'Th-th-those are just my grandma's pencils from when she used to have pet koalas. She, uh...dropped 'em by here earlier'. Kenny nodded with fake acknowledgement...then, before Lee could react, Kenny skillfully lunged toward the box and opened it. The Muchtache was plainly in view.
Kenny stared at Lee for what what must've been nine days. Without warning, Lee groped scandalously in Kenny 's direction, clearly desperate. Kenny grabbed the Muchtache and bolted for the door. It was locked. Lee let out a striking chuckle. 'If only you hadn't been so protective of that thing, none of this would have happened, Kenny ,' he rebuked. Lee always had been a little dimwitted, so Kenny knew that reconciliation was not an option; he needed to escape before Lee did something crazy, like... start chucking socks at him or something. A few minutes later, he gripped his Muchtache tightly and made a dash toward the window, diving headlong through the glass panels.
Lee looked on, blankly. 'What the hell? That seemed excessive. The other door was open, you know.' Silence from Kenny . 'And to think, I varnished that window frame five days ago...it never ends!' Suddenly he felt a tinge of concern for Kenny . 'Oh. You ..okay?' Still silence. Lee walked over to the window and looked down. Kenny was gone.
----o0o----
Just yonder, Kenny was struggling to make his way through the cornfield behind Lee's place. Kenny had severely hurt his leg during the window incident, and was starting to lose strength. Another pack of feral Walkers suddenly appeared, having caught wind of the Muchtache . One by one they latched on to Kenny . Already weakened from his injury, Kenny yielded to the furry onslaught and collapsed. The last thing he saw before losing consciousness was a buzzing horde of Walkers running off with his Muchtache .
About five hours later, Kenny awoke, his leg throbbing. It was dark and Kenny did not know where he was. Deep in the humid swamp, Kenny was alarmingly lost. A few minutes later, he remembered that his Muchtache was taken by the Walkers. But at that point, he was just thankful for his life. That's when, to his horror, a big Walker emerged from the moor. It was the alpha Walker. Kenny opened his mouth to scream but was cut short when the Walker sunk its teeth into Kenny 's back. With a faint groan, the life escaped from Kenny 's lungs, but not before he realized that he was a failure.
Less than six miles away, Lee was entombed by anguish over the loss of the Muchtache . 'MY PRECIOUS!!' he cried, as he reached for a sharpened pencil. With a hasty thrust, he buried it deeply into his foot. As the room began to fade to black, he thought about Kenny ... wishing he had found the courage to tell him that he loved him. But he would die alone that day. All that remained was the Muchtache that had turned them against each other, ultimately causing their demise. And as the dew on melancholy sappling branches began to reflect the dawn's reddish glare, all that could be heard was the chilling cry of distant Walkers, desecrating all things sacred to virtuous men, and perpetuating an evil that would reign for centuries to come. Our heroes would've lived unhappily ever after, but they were too busy being dead. So, no one lived forever after.

She wasn't that ugly, but she wasn't especially cute either. Or rather, she never showed a pleasant face, perhaps without her constantly angry… more facial expressions, she would have allowed her face to shine.
...While I'm thinking about it, I now feel kinda sorry for her. It's sad that she was such an angry woman. Being raised by this piece of shit Larry certainly didn't help. Fuck Larry, seriously. It's the first time I realize how Lilly was after all a victim, a victim from being stuck with a man full of negativity, aggressivity and all kinds of bad emotions as a father.
He would have done her a great service by dying in the first days of the zombie epidemic, at the hands of walkers.
If we had met Lilly by herself, I'm sure she would have been such a friendlier and relaxed person even despite the grief for her dad.
Since it was a unused scene, it's possible he survived, perhaps Telltale decided to kill off Kenny, but then decided it would be best ot let him live, and they removed th screams.
I'm surprised so many people on the Kenny support thread liked this comment...
That leads me to believe that they aren't certain what a fair weather friend is. It's basically a friend who is only nice to you when circumstances are pleasant or profitable towards them. It means you are fickle.
I don't think that many people on this forum would like Kenny to be described as fickle, so I really don't know why they all seem to have liked that comment. Oh well, colour me surprised.
Yeah but don't worry it will be A New Day before the trolls would be Starved for Help because of us, but its a Long Road Ahead to take them down since they're Around Every Corner, but since they got No Time Left they've got to live in less than 400 Days. Once they're down we would be left of All That Remains because of A House Divided started by these trolls. At least we got rid of them In Harm's Way which left our community Amid The Ruins because there was No Going Back.

Ok: I can't think of a time when Carley, Doug, Katjaa, Shawn, Duck or Glenn betray you, for example.
Regardless of that, I'm surprised that people would thumbs up that comment, as it states he Kenny fickle.
Just to clarify, I don't think Kenny is fickle. I just don't think that all the people who voted the fair weather friend comment up knew what they were actually saying by doing so.
So, I am going to do an experiment. On the last page of this thread, I shall post a comment saying 'Kenny is fickle.' and see how many upvotes and downvotes it receives. I will then compare that result with the first comment on this page, having directed the people who angrily reply to the comment to this one. Thus we will be able to ascertain roughly how many people misunderstood what a 'fair weather friend' is.
I agree Kenny is a fair weather friend but like I said I think nearly everyone in season 1 is fickle, well Except Carley seemed to always have your back, but Katjaa pretty much go along with what Kenny decides, Ducks a kid, you only know Shawn and Glenn a day so I wouldn't count them. I don't think Kenny ever betrays you though not that I can see, I didn't get the bro speech off him or anything because I saved Larry and was with Lily for staying at the motor Inn, then fought him on the train and saved Ben but still count him as a friend. Like my Lee said "He was what counts for a friend nowadays".

I'm not too surprised by the number of upvotes. It think there are a fair number of people on here who either don't care very much for Kenny or do but acknowledge how easily Kenny can turn on you if you don't support him is the exact right way. I am surprised at the relatively low number of downvotes, though, but I guess a lot of staunch Kenny fanatics might have just brushed this comment off.
"Fair weather friend" may be a bit of simplistic, since the guy does have a sense of duty and loyalty, but those are still VERY largely dependent on circumstances. Kenny's nature is basically "Will die for you if he gets what he wants from your friendship with him, will leave you for the walkers if you rub him the wrong way." He might not seem that fickle over the course of a single playthrough, but if we compare his behavior across multiple ones, it becomes clear that it takes very little for him to turn from a cool bro to a complete douche.

Yeah Kenny can't be dead because Telltale went out of their way to make it less obvious. A huge example that not a lot of people know is if you give Kenny your bullets, Christa asks I heard a shot what happened. And you have a choice of saying he used one bullet on Ben, then one for himself. However if you select this option, he only says the Ben part, not Kenny shooting himself. Telltale wouldn't have gone through all that trouble just to have him show up dead.
in this video 2:23 Christa says that she has heard couple of shots but, kenny only had one bullet.I think someone helped kenny fighting the walkers.I wanna hear what do you think and you theory. Sorry for my English

Yeah I'm just gunna leave now?
I'd laugh if Kenny shot the ground next to Ben and then flipped Ben off and ran away.
Th-thankyou

I find complaining about the ridiculous wait imbetween episodes 1 and 2 rather cathartic
Can't wait for episode 2 for both TWAU and TWD S2!
Don't ask me ._.
We should put your new training to the test and infiltrate telltale, you up for it?

The real question is why did they decide to change it at the end instead of making his death more obvious.
I liked Lily better than Carley... I think i'm the only one...

Katjaa gets really angry with Kenny when he doesn't tell her what he did in the meat locker
Sure she was annoyed but wasn't like she was gonna leave him or anything
I see what you did there. And for now it seems to prove your point. 0:3 up to now compared to 12:5 on the first page ;-)
