Gravatar not working! >:O

I have tried everything, I swear. I've created a Gravatar account, confirmed the image I wanted, checked it, and now, three day later, I still haven't got the image. What am I doing wrong?

To be more specific, the only thing I think I may be doing wrong is the Email: I have the same email, but the Telltale Email has a capital letter whereas the Gravitas doesn't.

Please help?

    If what you say about the email is true, I would try to fix that. I'm pretty sure emails are cap-sensitive.

    However, I have no experience with the Gravatar service though so I wouldn't know what else to say.

    You know how I can do so? I tried to update my Email on Telltale's website, but every time I try to fix it, it keeps saying I am "Unauthorized".

    When I do it on Gravatar, it says the Email is "already used".

    I'm kinda f**ked here.

    Try emailing support@telltalegames.com and explaining to them that your e-mail address on the Telltale website is capitalized and your e-mail address on the gravatar website is not.

    Hopefully the Telltale web team will be able to sort that out for you.

    Is this about how we change the little picture next to our screen name in the forums? I can't figure out how to do that. I want to upload my own, not select from images available. How do I do it?

    Well, I can tell you how to get it.

    You need to make a Gravatar account first. Make the account (make sure they are the exact same Email as the telltale account or I won't work) then go to "My Gravatar's" and select and image from the computer/from the web. You should be able to figure it out from there.

    Did you select the "G" (for Gravatar) icon in your profile avatar settings here?

    After you choose it, that icon will become whatever you selected at Gravatar.
