Sarita is a diminutive for the name Sarah. Us Spanish-speakers call very young Sarahs as Sarita. Could still be someone else.

The strange thing about this, Kenny202 and Sarita doesn't have models, yet, they appear in the memory of game, as what hex strings is used during into the game
might be a developer's error, removing the models and contents so fans don't leak out,
but maybe they forgot about the memory in the game used
Maybe the actual models will be inducted in the game files with the next episode,but they left some basic strings of the code. And that would explain the "Kenny202" whole thing. But Sarita...no idea. She might be just another Winston-like character or a new member of the group.
Maybe Rebecca will name her baby sarita? as in sarah?

A simple error analysis reveal the photo itself is faked, the white outlines shows it was edited
It might be,but there wouldn't be reasons to do so,at least for what we know. And in the episode 3 slide Rebecca is still pregnant. I know slides aren't accurate,but the baby's birth seems to be very relevant,so TTG wouldn't put that scene just randomly.
So it might be just one of like you said, winston-like-guys

Maybe a "younger Sarah-model", it could be that at one point she'll explain (or Carlos will) her possible mental problem using a flashback ! That would explain the Sarita thing since it could be what Carlos called her when she was younger.

I actually believe it will be called Omid. We haven't seen the last of Christa. They wouldn't throw that in there in the start of the game if the whole baby naming thing didn't mean something and I feel that people wrote Christa off to early which I believe is what Telltale wanted out of people but I have no doubt she will come back and be the caretaker of that baby. It has to have some big importance especially due to the 3rd episode slide and the ACTUAL (not fake image) shown at some con of Clem with a baby which we obviously know now isn't Christa's. I don't think Rebecca is important enough to Clem as a whole to care greatly for the child not unless it had a connection to the possibly only two people she has left Kenny and Christa.

It could refer to a baby and for all we know they could do another slight time skip although unlikely. Yes that image might be just promo stuff but it might also be important as well (like the one where we thought it was Kenny at the table with Clem for all we know it Could've been it was just changed to Luke instead). Long story short I believe that promo will be important but even if it was not a small child/infant it may have been to cover up for spoilers (like Christa killing herself in the Season 1 trailer to avoid Katja's death spoilers)

It's acutally easy to look into those hexes. I tried with Cheat Engine to find the string "kenny202" and I found nothing. My game was on the main menu but later on I loaded the last chapter of the episode and played untill the "Next time on The Walking Dead" the part where she says "I thought you were dead" I ALT+TAB(ed) out of the game and tried to search the string again and I found "kenny202" and right clicked "Browse the memory region" and it was there. I also found the "christa202pregnant" mentioned above and some other cool stuff. Try it out for yourselves guys it's a cool thing to do.
You don't need to run the game actually. I found christa202 just by searching the "WalkingDead_pc_Project_data" file
