I doubt we ever see an adult Clem. Kirkman said there would be 300 issues of his comics and I don't see that taking us past a 5 year span in twd universe. That being said I don't think we will see a Clem past 14 or 15 years old. Although I could be wrong and Kickman wants to show his world after the ZA has.... subsided, and we could see the world in reconstruction (that doesn't seem like his style thb).
