It could be good if Telltale made it branch only in a minor way. Like if we chose Carley in Ep1 S1 and Lilly murdered her intentionally, Lilly would be a hardcore survivalist without redemption in S2 or whenever she comes back. Or if she shot Doug accidentally, her attitude could be more aimed towards redemption. It'd be very minor, comparable to Kenny loving or hating us in S1 and the choice would only be used from Ep1 in S1 so I believe it could be technically sound instead of huge branching which would be much harder and unnecessary
I think she might return with a more "survivalist" attitude that might end up getting her killed. Maybe she goes off on Carver or a member of … morehis group and they just shoot her to intimidate the rest of the group. Or she might last longer, either way, I don't think she's a character who would even be concerned with redemption like Kenny was.
Well, actually she referns to that example 2 lines before she got shot. Both Danny and Justin act differently to Vince before that they get shot. You are both wrong, sry.

That's actually a nice idea, I'm not sure I'd forgive her either way, but it's a nice idea for some minor branching with a character.
