The Walking Dead Wikia is not reliable in any way, and it's run by die-hard Robert Kirkman fans. Some haven't even played Telltale's game. I used to be a member, keeping the Wikia updated. Eventually I left because I couldn't stand their attitude. Their motto is "If you haven't read the comics, you don't know shit about anything". The Wikia is like Crawford, and only allow their little master race.

I'm sorry to burst any bubbles, but the information you find at the Wikia is just what we hear. None of the sources they provide come from Telltale Games officials. Like I said it is run by Kirkman fans.
Yep! Hopefully it won't be as long a wait next time. I think it was similar when they released episode 2 of season 1. That episode took longest to release for some reason. I would much prefer it if TTG would just release the entire game even if it was at an optional higher price or if they let you purchase the whole season but you have to complete each episode in order instead of skipping eps, then once you've completed it you can do whatever.
I could certainly pay more or even full price (of an AAA-game), if it meant higher quality or shorter intervals between releases. Though I'm sure plenty of people would disagree, I would have no trouble in paying extra if only to support developers of a product I've enjoyed playing.
Not sure about the whole-sherbang-for-higher-price, though. I'm afraid it would lose the excitement some, if not all, players get from waiting.
Edit: I could even pay little more if it meant we get the episodes on time. :P

I want news too, but don't get your hopes up. The panel will only have the cast for Season One, and Season Two. No Telltale officials will be participating as far as I know. But it's best to stay positive, like Clementine's father always said. Maybe Telltale granted them to reveal something.

Yeah I agree. It is exciting waiting don't get me wrong but I really feel it shouldn't be as long between releases. After 4-6 weeks people forget what happened/choices they made in episode 1 etc.

I always thake a photo of the stats screen with my mobile when I end an episode. It's a good way to keep track of your choices in episodic games. And I can show 'em at my friends when I'm at school :P

I'm pretty sure they WILL say/show something about A House Divided. A trailer,a screenshot, something like that. And I think that they MAYBE can tell us a time period for the release, something like "it's gonna be in the first weeks of Feb" for example.

"Oh, don't get me wrong. Actors can ask devs release dates, even if they're not on a proj, not really my style though" I think they might reveal it who knows
I agree. After six weeks the waiting starts to get annoying imo. I love the tension right after the release when speculations reach it's peak about the next episode for a maximum of a month. But now it's getting old. We're running out of ideas, and we slowly turn into The Waiting Dead. And like you said, the choices we made in the previous episode is getting foggy. I would rather pay a larger sum for shorter waiting, than a smaller sum for longer waiting.
@Kidd_is_Alive I could do that too, but the darn thing is Telltale keep updating the stats screen with new choices which didn't register when the episode was brand new. :P

It's from a wiki, which anyone can edit. Don't trust release dates unless they come directly from Telltale staff either here on the forums, on the Telltale blog, on Telltale's twitter, on in interviews with big gaming sites like IGN (and don't trust the dates on those sites either unless they include an interview or official confirmation with Telltale staff, since they tend to put up placeholder dates).

It cannot be Vernon. In the walking dead 400 days, shel's story, one of the characters, (I forgot her name, she was the one with white hair and part of the cancer survivors group),she mentioned that stealing the boat was how they LOST Vernon, which could mean that he died.they cancer patient lady was in ep.4 S1 if you can find her.And I doubt it's Glenn,(still possible, though) he left in the game, and in the show that's how he found Ricks group. And in S1,you can choose to shoot Molly.

No, it's not a joke. It's called wishful thinking.
TTG stated that they would release a new episode every 4-6 weeks.
First day of week 4: 14th of January
Last day of week 6: 28th of January
That's it. No information or something. I wouldn't count on it.
That would be nice.. I can't wait to see Luke again.. :P

"Release Date 14-28 January 2014"
Yep. Cool. Now look at the post above of you.
Like I said, no real informations.

The wiki is reliable but otherwise yes agree
I have a feeling we will be let down and it won't be released by the 28th.
however, when it is finally released this will be me:
And then you will be waiting for episode 3. And we come back here to speculate on the release date.

You know, i kind of like this waiting game, cause when they do release the new episode i'll be soooo happy.

I'm expecting news today because there is going to be a walking dead panel in san fransisco or something
Well don't XD

And I imagine Clem would say: "Please, let them announce the release date."
I was gonna ask you how did you get a picture of yourself for you Profile picture? and not just an Game Charter icon
no its not, season 1 there was 2 months between each episode apart from 4 and 5 so stop asking

Provided they have the permission from Telltale to reveal anything.

I'm glad someone around here manage to keep their spirit.
yet someone downvoted me for being optimistic
"Join @Melyhutch and other VAs at The Walking Dead Panel in LE1 @ 12P. This is followed by @LeagueOfLegends Voice Actors panel @ 1P. #AOD2014"
Wtf? Panel is over but no news ? What the fuck was the point of that panel ? That was stupid
