I'm afraid she's gonna lose a finger or something like that in episode 5. Something that doesn't lead to a deadly blood loss, but still not so nice to see.

Yes, but Skybound has a little to do with making the game, and also, I was saying that this is just the kind of stuff that happens or could happen in ANY Walking Dead Series. (EDIT: I suppose I did say Telltale specifically, didn't I? Well, I meant just TWD in general)
If they can reach to make a well writing and put that finger loss/whathever it is in a good story arc,I'm willing that. I'l do everything to let Clem survive.

Especially one that is canon to the comics.
I just hope nothing else happen to her.sometimes it is hard to see clem suffering but one thing is for sure.telltale knows what they are doing.telltale won't gonna hurt her just like that in following episodes.there must be some reasons in why they are doing this.

Clem is going to be abused by those stronger than her, especially with her being so young and easily overpowered. She is going to be in trouble. Either way, she is a tough girl: I don't know another 11 year old who could go through what she has without giving in.
Carl is a much better character in the Comics, so it was a big thing. In fact, there are very few characters that people DON'T care about. Unlike the TV show, where Shane, and Lori died, and no one gave a shit, Dale's death was kind of sad, and people were celebrating that Andrea died(Andrea is probably my favorite character in the comics however, she's about as well written as Rick is).
Oh shit he's right. It's the one horrifying injury they can give Clem without killing/crippling her, and Telltale can't do eye wounds because they express most of a characters emotion through eye animation (also it would feel like a cliched rip off Kirkman's Carl injury).
God damn it Vivec why do you have to be so good at this? She also bit WINstons finger off in the first part of the game, so losing digits is on Telltale's mind, like when Larry mentioned crushing Duck's head with a heavy object in Episode 1, that's what Telltale decided to kill him off with. I can see the conference now. 'How can we permanently injure Clementine in a non-cripping but still hindering and emotionally impactful way?' 'We could have her lose a finger to a crazy/evil person or an animal?' 'But guys isn't that kind of fucked up?' 'Exactly.'
If she loses a finger I'm calling it now that she'll lose it because some evil cult ass hat deliberately cuts it off. In Amid the Ruins you can't see her right index finger, when both of her hands are stretched out doing the same motion for the warpaint, and you can easily and clearly see her left index finger. Vivec you are a cruel, insightful genius.

thank you vivec. I had a whole thread for that. I really think she's gonna get bit in say her left ring finger, and we will have to cut it off ourselves.
edit: lol I make a thread: 3 comments: "I don't think so" "seems kinda random" "I hope not"
vivec comments: "omg such genius!" "you are right!" "of course! it's so obvious!"
I'm laughing so hard right now you have no idea. kudos vivec. kudos.
Yeah just realised that Antero had a good point, and that Vivec has an even better point. Telltale uses promotional material and 'trailer' material like slides to throw us off, to enhance their stories even more. (unlike the cinema approach, which is give away parts of the story which decreases enjoyment but increases sales). Hmm. Just realized that all of season one's slides told us fuck all, and some of them outright 'lied' (eg Duck looking happy out the cabin of the train on the episode 3 slide). All they really tell us is a vague idea of the overall events, eg season 3 shows us that they leave the motor inn.

That wasn't Telltale, that was Robert Kirkman, Telltale had nothing to do with making the comics.
its just a little girl telltale wont do this
Are you not the guy who posted the video of 18 ways to kill Clem and was laughing the whole way through it?
Oh,you really think so ? TTG already made us stitch her arm,one stitch at time, with a QTE.
i agree with you but lose finger!!!!i dont think so

i hope clem survive like all other people
Yeah, no ones safe in the walking dead.
That would be weird playing as a one armed/one legged/one handed Clem in season 3. (If she survives)
Or season 2

hpefully they dont just gonna kill her off in the end
I don't know much about the comic Carl but if he's anything like the TV show one I find it hard to care really. Clementine on the other hand...
Its not the physical pain shes gonna go through that you should be worried about , Im much more worried about Telltake crushing her feelings

Hopefully
TTG is full of people who want to see you squirm. Clementine is going to get massacred.
its the walking dead. pain is inevitable
Be it physical or emotional, you're gonna get hurt.

you can see her finger if you move the slide with the mouse
It's The Walking Dead. She'll get cuts, bruises, broken bones, stumps, scars, etc.
slides don't mean shit dude.
