My guess is they saw TWAU was selling nothing like TWD S1E1 so they worked their asses off with TWD S2E1 and S2E2 because everybody around the world is going crazy for TWD considering the TV series start again first week of february. Maybe they'll play an ad of the game while the series start again in Feb 9 just so they can grab sooooo much money from the people who watch the TV series.

I doubt they are true TWAU fans( or should i say Fables fans?). Looking at how 90% of the people who post in TWAU forums have no clue that Snow White is alive in the canon tells you that those people just play TWAU because its just another Telltale game.
well, can you blame them? fables isn't really a huge thing. I had never even heard of it before TWAU came out. Unless you bother yourself with learning about the comics after playing the game, there is no way for them to know.
