I saved Pete and I think he will live through the amputation, so I'm gonna say Alvin. I don't see him having much of a role.

I was partialy joking, like how saying that everyone from season 1 dies, I just mean a majority of the characters won't survive.
I think that if you save Nick, then he will take those words his uncle told him "you've got to grow up son" by sacrificing himself to make sure the rest of the group can get out of the cabin while they are trying to get abducted by Carver's group. We won't see him die but he will be gone for a long time. And then he will make an appearance later in the season or in season 3. Kind of like Kenny.
I'm still thinking about what would happen if you saved Pete.

If you save Pete there will be a LOT of consequences because of the bite, but in any case Carlos will die and i believe that if you save Pete, Nick will still be alive and live to season 3, just sayin'.
Nick is like Kenny Jr he just needs a stache
Other than Pete, probably Carlos because he is an incompetent piece of human waste and Sarah can't begin her character arc until he is gone.

In my opinion I think Nick or Pete (if you save him ep 1)
Telltale said that the choice to save Nick or Pete is such a big choice that it will affect the rest of the season. That and the fact that we still haven't actually seen a character in the video game survive a bite and explore the concept of a handicapped survivor leads me to believe that Pete will come out fine.
I'm thinking Carlos and Sarah are pretty high up on the "Totally gonna die" list.
