Sarah, a ticking time bomb?
In the first episode of season 2, when clem meets Sarah, her definition of "something horrible" is her father saying he is dissapointed in her, and is only looking out for her and that he loves her.
This is bad.
Sarah has no grasp of just how bad the world is, not even an idea, she is practicly a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. The question is, what's gonna happen when she realises what the world really is? and whats left?
What do you think? will she "cease to function" as carlos said? will we be the ones to break it to her? how do you think it will play out? and how do you want it to play out?
Honestly i think it would be interesting if who makes her realise the truth about the world depends on the players choices and its impact story-wise is different depending on who ends up doing it "the two people being Clementine and Carlos"

I think she will see carlos dying.after that she and some others like clem luke and the i thought you were dead person are gonna comtinue as a group and cöem shows her everything she knows about surviving
I personally think she has an idea what walkers are. When you show her Clem's bite she'll say something like: "Was it the one's outside?". And I'm afraid the pinky swear's gonna bite me in the ass at some point.

I imagine that she's had to have seen something after all this time, but we'll have to talk to her more to see how she actually perceives it.
I don't know when or how, but Telltale will find a way to make me feel terrible about that pinky swear.

I think Carlos could be attacked by walkers and Sarah will witness it and she will "Cease to function" and could so something to endanger the group or Clementine.
She will try and pinky swear with it :P
Could be, could be not. We haven't seen much of her and Walking Dead is a tricky Franchise in Terms of Characters and their Fate. Maybe we underestimate her. Because Carlos clearly is that overprotective Daddy, who doesn't want to discuss about anything besides his Point of View about her.
Shes a young Hershel Green. I didn't do the swear because it was kinda creepy that she wanted to be my friend for no reason. She gives you peroxide no matter what.
Carlos is a damn idiot.
Why does he assume he's always gonna be around to protect his daughter? What if something happens to him? The ZA is unpredictable.
If he dies, Sarah pretty much dies as well. Does he not think of that?
I really hope Clem has the chance to have that talk with Carlos eventually. Take Chuck's role in breaking it to him, and then Lee's role in teaching Sarah how to survive. Since Sarah wants to be Clem's friend, she might take it easier if Clem's the one to help her cope with the world.
Maybe you can teach her how to use a gun and if you talk to carlos he teaches her

I got an idea of Sarah being a new protagonist in season 3. A girl who just started being in ZA in fact and doesn't know anything about how to survive. I don't want to play any Rambo because almost everyone who lives so longly there is a Rambo. "No going back" would mean that Sarah cannot go back to her childhood. Of course Clementine would die. But it's just something what would probably never happen.
If TTG doesn't do so, she will probably do something totally crazy because people are starved for new crazy characters.
Why is a random guy dis-liking all the comment's?
You kinda get that option by saying "she has got to grow up eventually" his response to this doesnt help the situation at all, he even goes as far as to say "you are not to be trusted". Theres no telling what he will do to keep her from learning the truth, the question is, how far will he go? and will we get to convince him otherwise?
I think that the only two real options for the protagonist are Clementine, and if Kenny comes back, then him. I think Sarah will live to S3, but I'd rather have Eddie or Bonnie as a protagonist before her.
I believe that Carlos will die in Episode 4, and then Sarah will, as Carlos said, "cease to function". Until then, she'll be the new "Duck" and after that point, she'll be Telltale's "Allen"(people who read the comics will understand that. In short, Allen is a guy who basically "shuts down" after a loved one dies).
Well, I think Sarah is gonna die anyway, Maybe It will be a problem like it was with Lee. Maybe Sarah was bit and Clem has the option to shoot or to leave Sarah Like she had with Lee. Also Daryl from the show should come into the game and take care of Clementine. How awesome would that be?

Spoilers The game is canon to the comic book,there is no Daryl in the comic book.(The TV show is a different universe) When Glen left,if you read the comics - He dies.

My friend told me that the governor killed Glenn and Maggie shot herself. sorry Like I said I haven't read the conics and I know Daryl isn't in the comics. Telltale said they might but some characters from the show into the game. So I was hoping they would put Daryl in the game.

That reminds me of Carol in the comics when she's at the prison and hugs the walker (She was seriously messed up in the comics).
Maybe he does, you know? He may not always be around, but you gotta consider the fact that there may be a valid reason for her acting the way she is. If she is in fact 15 and still acting like a little kid, then it's highly possible she was sheltered (or handicapped, if telltale chooses to go that route) enough for Carlos to be right in thinking she would 'cease to function'. One can never know. Of course, it might be possible that he really is an idiot ("A bite like that, could be anything." - What the hell was this bullshit, Mr. Trained Doctor?) and we'll have to knock some sense into him at some point, but we haven't seen much of dialogue with the group yet, so I don't think we should jump to conclusions.
Maybe she's epileptic or has panic attacks? Those can be triggered by stress and it might be why Carlos wants to keep her sheltered...
About the pinky swear, I had to, I'm really bad at turning people down, in real life and even in games... It's not something I have to worry about much, but...

If it comes to Saving or letting her die. Im probably going to let her die... My clem does not trust anyone from that group...
I wonder if they'll force us to choose between Sarah and Carlos in a one-lives-one-dies dilemma.
Both of the characters seem to have clear reasons to cross the despair event horizon should the other one die. (for those unfamiliar with "despair event horizon", Kenny episode 3 onwards in S1 is an example)
If Carlos loses his life, Sarah will have to face the reality of the world no matter how hard it is.
And if Sarah loses her life, Carlos will... err... "go Kenny", so to speak.
I suppose that would be interesting, the two have such different views on life. Giving us the choice could potentially grant us some really branching insight into the development of the character the player chooses.
That said... I sure hope Telltale really surprises me this season. Looking forward to find out~.
For the last time stop fucking talking about Sarah being the main character, so shut the fuck up about it. I'm going to be more than happy when she dies, I bet she is not going to last till episode 3 with all the stuff that's going on. It's just a random girl with a mental disability and she'll "cease to function" if she sees a walker, Imagine the story starting when they leave the house and she dies right off the bat just by seeing a walker. So any trolls just get a fucking god damn life and go do something useful, will Sarah be badass as Clem? No. To be safe, Clem does not like Sarah you can see it in her eyes. "We're best friends", Sarah says, well guess what? NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOU! God!

Daryl is the very last thing I want in the game, His fanbase on the show is annoying enough. Not to mention his character has just transformed into a super hero I used to like him a lot but now he's just there to do the odd badass thing.
Sam is a metaphor for Sarah.
They meet, they become friends, they have a fight, one of them dies.
Clementine is gonna have to put her down.
