Gravatar help

I just started a new acount (Old one fell victims to hackers) and now decided to get a gravatar to come with it. when i logged into my yahoo account i saw that i had a big pink blob in my top left hand corner. after refreshing the page and logging in and out of my account it does not seem to work. can anyone help me?

    When i first went on my account settings page i saw gravatar and was like "Yolo" i made an account using the same email and uploaded a picture. i singed out of telltale and sighned back in and saw no change

    Seriously? Anyway, make sure your email address is exactly the same one used here on the site. Check the letters, they have to match perfectly.

    Ahhhh. problem is i have a capital at the start here.however i am unortherized and cant change it

    That's the same thing that happened to me. Luckily i had an alt mail, i changed the one here, then i changed it back. This time without the capital. That should the trick, or you can simply change the email here with another and add it to your gravatar account.
