Maybe it's not a character but an event or a place. Like in the first episode, where tearing off or leaving on Grendels arm each unlocked a different entry in the book of fables (Wolf's Mercy or Wolf's Rage). Can't tell you what it is though, because I haven't unlocked that one either..
it's about Icabob, Just start that section of the game again and beat up the Woodsman or Dee, and he will eventually step in and try to stop you. After you will get the entry in the book of fables

1st could be "Angry Bluebeard" (Bluebeard's rage)
