Comic book characters in the game?
Does anyone think there will be anymore characters from the comic book series in the game? There has only been Hershel and Glenn but that was way back in episode 1 and I'm sure Lily is not the same one from the comic book series.
If I'm honest I don't think there needs to be but it would still be interesting if there were.

Lily isn't the same anymore due to the Road to Woodbury book.
I don't want to see any comic characters. There aren't any that can realistically appear anyway. The timeline we are set up with now puts the game very close if not in line with the comic time as it is as of now. That means that Rick and co. have been in D.C for quite some time. It would just feel very forced to have any of them in this season of the game. Honestly even Hershel in Season 1 felt kind of forced. I'd rather we just keep exploring Telltale original characters. Beside that, if they encountered anyone from the comic now, Kirkman would have to incorporate that in the comic otherwise it makes the game non-canon since they don't have the luxury of pre-comic time before Rick wakes up like Episode 1 of Season 1.

I don't think we'll meet them in the game anymore, but...
In a far, far future when Rick dies [as Kirkman hinted] and the plot is far in the future as well, young adult or adolescent Carl will meet up with Clem of roughly the same age.

Rick is to die really? Would be lame... Carl is such a dumbass... If you look at Michonne in the Series she looks at a map saying Macon... Maybe she shows up in the game??? She kinda joins Rick and his group late, would even make room for Andrea...

There's a problem with that. Not only that the game is cannon with comics, not the show, they were at the motor inn during that time. And no, Lily from the game is not the one from the comics, Kirkman said this himself.
