As far as I can remember...the only other character that even smoked it was the piggy
Btw: What happened to the blonde Shepard guy?

Maybe somebody who knows the comic better than I do can answer this, but... why is there a special brand of cigarettes that only one person smokes? And why would the Trip Trap have a machine full of them if they don't like the guy who smokes them? (I guess the 'only you smoke them' could be hyperbole, but given that the name itself is a specific allusion to Bigby, I didn't take it that way.)
In the comics there is no special brand of cigarettes just for Bigby.
"Huff and Puff" is what he does in the stories when he blows off the roof of the three pig's house. It is kind of his power's name.
He is not only a big bad wolf after all - he is also the son of the North Wind.
I did take it to be hyperbole myself, having more to do with Beauty's particular attitude toward them than actual marketing statistics on the brand. I imagine there are probably other people who smoke them, just not in Beauty's immediate social circles. And it's very likely that it's just a rarer brand than most (possibly produced in Fabletown even, given the name).
More to the point, it's just a way for the writers to point out in dialogue that Huff n Puff cigarettes are a clue that players should make note of.
Perhaps the Shepard guy isn't involved.
He popped around in episode 1 way too much for him not to be involved
Reused models?
I wonder if Bigby is actually affiliated with the brand name or if it's just a coincidence.
He doesn't do shit in Episode 2 so no.
Well the cigarette to me is more proof that Crane didn't murder Lily. Seeing as he doesn't allow smoking in his office makes me think that he doesn't smoke.

It can't be a coincidence in a fable community where The Big Bad Wolf is the sheriff.
Agreed, Crane has the personality of a 18th century teetotaler. People who drink, smoke, and do other "undesirable" things are weak to him. Probably partially compensating for his own moral weaknesses.
On the other hand it also gives him the personality that is rightfully horrified about the idea of torture.
I think Brock Samson smokes huff n' puffs because he's the only one that smokes in poker night 2, and the poker table on the stats menu has a pack of huff n' puffs on it.
BUT remember that poker night 2 came out long before the wolf among us. So...
Vivian does in the game, hence we are to assume that she was the one who set up the fake crime scene to frame Crane.
Georgie does, he lights one up in front of bigby when he is talking to the crooked man, And has his huff n puff vending machine if you break it in episode 2.. The same brand you find in room 207
What ^^^ said.
Also, this is the big giveaway that he killed the women, some people had worked that out even by Ep.2, since Huff-n-puffs are in his strip club, and then one is found on the ground in the Open Arms apartment.
