And when you have the season pass how do you do it, because I couldn´t download the episode without paying for it again, seriously if this will be a constant issue I´m done with this season pass stuff!!
From the main menu in-game, select EPISODES. You should be able to download Episode 2 from there.
If you encountered a connection error or network error earlier, please try again now (our web team have deployed a fix for that).
I still cannot download from in-game. Now it tells me that it is available for download at the bottom in the main menu, but whatever path I try, I cannot download (Play -> Episode 2 -> Coming Soon -> Click -> Not available for download; Episodes -> Coming Soon / Season Pass Owned -> Clicks don't do anything; Settings -> Coming Soon -> Clicks don't do anything). Season pass from Telltale on a Mac.
If I download the whole game again, will I still have my ep. 1 savegame and be able to continue from there?
As for the customer service: Maybe they built it right inside the game as an hommage to Le Chuck's Revenge?
i have a mac. when i 1st enter the game, there is a message at the bottom of the screen saying that episode 2 is finally out and available for download. but when i click on episode 2 it says "content not available", and when i go on settings > episode downloads, it still says "coming soon".

The majority of people seem to have better luck re-downloading the game from this site and then installing it again.
Don't worry, your savegames will be safe.
I downloaded the game again, didnt uinstall the old one, but when i finished the new download i booted up that version, and i was able to download episode 2 and i had my old save files aswell

Re-downloading the whole game worked for me. You have to wait for the entire game to download, then extract the .dmg into the applications all over again. THEN, the button within the game to download episode 2 becomes active. Then you have to wait to download episode 2, and it takes longer to download than the original game itself. Furthermore, downloading episode 2 has its own screen that monopolizes my entire computer. Somehow, it overrides my computer's ability to multitask and (for example) browse forums during download. I think the downloads themselves take longer than actually playing the game. Raaah! So frustrating!

So has anyone been able to download the Mac version of this episode yet? It still doesn't seem to be working on my gf's macbook.
I downloaded the game again, opened the new install and it worked and i was able to download the new episode
I still cant download episode 2 on my mac it still says coming soon

Try to re-download the game directly from your profile, under games. It should register EP2 as available with the game re-downloaded.

Ditto. The button depresses without any action. In another place it just says "Coming Soon." I cannot download episode 2 through any action.
