Most likely yeah,It's actually makes alot of sense if they will...The timing will be good beside they said it will be released this month so why not make a big event along the show premiere,And if i'm not wrong the Season premiere of the game was in the same day that Mid-Season finale of the show was aired.
I know this has been brought up before, but you guys think that they will spill some info or even release a trailer during or after the show premieres?

Nice find however I think if you work for Telltale during your training you are taught to be annoying and unresponsive to fans. Once again, it is actually amazing that they have not said ANYTHING specific yet to the game. I could literally tweet saying Im from Telltale and saying that episode 2 is coming soon. . . means nothing. UGH I hate Telltale so much. All I AM ASKING IS FOR ONE SPECIFIC UPDATE!
Very likely. And let's not forget they gave us the Season Two teaser poster on a Sunday before releasing the reveal trailer two days later. If not a trailer, I bet they'll give us something to chew on after the show tomorrow. But a trailer can't be far away if they plan on releasing this month. We're slowly approaching the mid-point of February.

Yeah, it was kind of a disappointment, but couldn't it mean that episode 2 is close? Telltale does release trailers just before the release, so perhaps 11th/12th is still a possibility? Yes, you may down vote, but I'm just trying to be optimistic.
I miss the good old days from BTTF and Monkey Island. The TTG forum is just not as fun as it used to be. It's hard to believe but there was actually a time the game designers and TTG employees would get on the forum and hang out with the fans. Not because they had to....
Something changed.. I can't pinpoint what since most the old forum posts were not moved to the new one.
It's just a shame. I can't imagine that none of the dev team wants to talk to fans. Management must have put out a rule that no one from the def team is allowed to interact with fans. I'd just like to know the reason why.
...Not to mention their so called Public Relations Specialists. They only emerge from their stones to retweet reviews, and answer questions with cryptic messages telling us absolutely nothing. If lucky you might catch one of them looking through the forum, but only when they actually have something to announce. Except if they delay a game. If that's the case we never hear from them.

Telltale Games Dictionary:
soon
* usually more than three months
* very late in a period of time
* known term used when delayed
… morevery soon
* usually six weeks to three months
* late in a period of time
* no significant difference to soon
around the corner
* not clarified

* probably new term for very soon
Maybe when they became very popular, and started working on TWD AND TWAU together, they probably now have less time to communicate with the fanbase. I don't know just a theory.

Too busy to communicate? As much as we want to believe TTG works around the clock they don't
This operation is a 9 to 5 m-f deal. What I'm saying is at one point the developer team used to answer posts after business hours just hanging out with customers.
I really hate to say this but I think Kevin and Dan cut off the developer team chit chatting with the customers and fans on the forum.
Now each communication is a official one full of uncertainty.
They want the hype for the TV series, it makes sense. We should give them the benefit of the doubt until sunday or monday, it's the best timeforthem to give us a trailer and info

Hopefully they advertise a release date on the episode premier. That would be seen by A LOT of people, and would generate heavy interest. It would be sweet if they said episode 2 being released next sunday to go along with the tv show's next airing. Or the following day.. Midnight release! Booya! Lol. I dunno.. Just hope it isn't towards the end of this month... Wait times are getting longer, and if I have to deal with 4 months like that of TWAU.. Ugh.. I have episode 2 of that game.. Not even played it yet.. Lost interest due to wait/frustration.. Long since forgot how that game made me feel.. I almost resent TWAU if that make sense..? For everything between episode 1 and 2.. Maybe that is why I haven't played it.. Damn you psychology! Haha.
Usually the trailers release 5-7 days before the episode does.
Ex:
The Walking Dead SE2, EP1 - December 12. Release: December 17.
The Wolf Among Us EP2 - January 30. Release: February 5.
I played through the entirety of the first season The Walking Dead in two days (bought them all, like, right before the 5th episode came out). It was amazing. Playing The Wolf Among Us and purchasing it episode by episode, I think, is worse though. I finished Episode 1, like, three weeks before Episode 2 came out, and couldn't even remember what half of my choices were. If I could play through all the episodes at once, I think I'd be more immersed because I wouldn't get distracted by other games. I'd be entranced by the entire season. It's kind of like binge watching a television series after most/all of the seasons have been released on Netflix/Hulu. You get that sort of tunnel vision effect.
They should release all the episodes at the same time I love this series..then again its like a tv show, it builds suspense not knowing what is going to happen next so I can understand why they are takeing their time on releasing the next episode.

Also with the show coming back, I see them releasing this ad during the show. They will do anything to get those extra purchasers!

Not real news about the date ?
Episode 2 will be released on February 14th as a special valentine to the fans. Right, Telltale? RIGHT?!
This! Hundred times this! Right??
there isnt so much of unused stuff really
Can you somehow show us this unused Clementine's ''previously on The Walking Dead''? It would be great
there's a topic called "the walking dead beta contents" somewhere, you can't post there if you find something interesting
I will make a new thread about it, thanks.

Aw HELL YEAH!
I was not around during the Monkey island times but I'm going to hazard a guess that TWD's successes is what changed them.
HOLY SHIT You actually made one! Thank you dude!

And yes, I was watching the marathon on Amc. And this trailer did infact show up!

I agree. I didn't think we'd really be getting any real news until the day/week of the release of TWD TV series
I luv this comment! Mogran Freeman ftw!

no way.
I am trying to imagine what it would sound like for Morgan to say that. It would be pretty cool, but I think it will still be Dave Fennoy.
I think we'll get an update Sunday.
I mean:
Those seem like the most common or maybe even a teaser trailer. Who knows? I'm sure it'll be released around the 14th-28th.
That tweet made me happy.
They said "Stay tuned for info."
Be prepared! News is among us!
EDIT: No pun for TWAU was intended.
