TWD Season 2

The activation code said I used it to maximum times but barely played the game and all problems start and accidentally uninstall it now I can't get it back. HELP :(

  • If your activation code is a "Telltale Product Code" that you redeemed here, it can only be redeemed once.

    However, after redeeming the code, the game is added to your account and you can download it any time from your My Games page. To access it, click on the down arrow at the top-right of this page (to the left of the "Notifications" icon), then on "My Games".

  • I am fully paid, and have played Episode 1 of Season 2, but can't get the Episode 2 to download. What's the fix?

    What system are you playing on? If PC/Mac, Steam or not?

    EDIT: Never mind... I got TWD and TWAU mixed up.

    I am fully paid, and have played Episode 1 of Season 2, but can't get the Episode 2 to download. What's the fix?

    Please note that Episode 2 of Season Two is still in development and has not released yet. Episodes are usually released around 4 to 6 weeks apart. There will be more information on the release of Episode 2 closer to the release date.

  • can i get a new activation code because bought it for my brother and he hasnt gotten to play this game at all yet. its a waste of money.

    My apologies, our Support Staff has access to all of the history of redeemed codes, and account permissions. Please contact/email our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com, and make sure to include the activation code that you received, and the email address you used to activate the code with, and they will be able to resolve the issue you are experiencing.
