Can't Right Click in "The Wolf Among Us" for Mac. (No Mouse)

Okay, this might be really stupid, but there's sections of the game that require you to right click to "Back Out" of a zoomed in area. I don't own a mouse. I usually just hold "Control" + Click. It doesn't seem to be working for the game. Is there something I'm not doing right or is there another way to back out of these segments?

    To enable right click on a mac if you are only using the Trackpad, go to your System Preferences. Click on Trackpad, and make sure the box next to “Secondary click” is marked. After enabling this option, you can right click by clicking in the Trackpad with two fingers at the same time.
