It does not. Unless there is a time skip in which Clem meets one of the characters. In that case it could be very possible. But from what we know so far,Clem doesn't know a single character from 400 Days,plus,her reaction is too extreme for someone she just met a few weeks ago.

There was nothing in the trailer at the end of the last episode to suggest episode 2 has something to do with 400 days which made me think there wouldn't be until later on. Someone mentioned in this thread that the "I thought you were dead person" could be someone from 400 days who Clementine may have met sometime in the time skip and thought they got killed, if that's so I think it would be one of the characters you didn't play as because the ones you played as could all of went with Tavia.
I either A: hope you were joking. or B: Hope your close to her age. But yeah Nate and I would get along great in an apocalyptic world. As long as he didn't go to crazy around the women he finds, but out of fear of my life id think id still have to back him up lol. Could you imagine if Nate and Merle Dixon ever crossed paths? I would pay 60dollars for a 5 minute interaction between these two.

I didn't see him as being a puppy for Mr. evil Governor though I see why you would say that. I think he just went with whatever suited him the best, plus the Governor did save him after all. Merles an asshole but he was also thankful in a way. If Merle had gotten gov away from woodbury and could make it look like a walker attack im sure woodbury would've been his. Well, Snow wasn't in TWAU ep 2 preview and she was in almost every scene in TWAU ep2. It might have been that ep2 was changed a lot, but the plan was still to have her back in ep2 somehow as shes alive in comics They don't put spoilers like that in previews, same goes for TWD season 1.
