If she didn't live in an apocalyptic world I could see her growing up to be a very attractive looking woman. But I rather not look at an 11 year old that way, though in the game she does look older than that. She grew like 2 feet taller in just (6 to 9) + 16 months

I think its delayed because of that whole season pass screw up that happened with TWAU when trying to download the episode, maybe they still havn't got it fixed properly as it may happen with TWD. That problem was noticed after they said it was just around the corner.
